Very satisfied with your tech Alejandro and his knowledge. He really took his time to explain the problem with my A/C and offer a Solution ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank You ARS 👌☺️👍. There's been 3 different tech but the issue continued at fault no fault if any of the 2 previous technitians. Today I believe the issue is resolved, fingers crossed 🤞🙏 but I want to state that all 3 technicians were wonderful and I was very satisfied with all three ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank You ARS 😊😊😊

Joel Castillo is the type of technician you want assisting you on all your endeavors regarding your home ac unit. Castillo was thorough, profesional, and detail oriented. Moving forward, as an ARS client, I would like him to be the go to guy for my services.

I recently had my AC replaced by ARS / Rescue Rooter, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care.

Albert, the salesman, took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I understood the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made me feel confident in my decision.

The installation team, Alfredo and Alejandro, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of my home. They made sure everything was installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and left the area spotless when they were finished.

I called and got an appointment the same day. I had system maintenance done. I used my service contract. Dave, the technician did a through job checking the heater wires. He also, drained the line. Dave, is a pleasure to work with. Reviewing the necessary repairs needed in terms I could understand. I highly recommend him.

Sergio from ARS is a gem. He has been here several times, so he knows the routine of going to the rooftop in our building to check the handler. He is very pleasant, but even more importantly, he is very effective and efficient. Kudos to ARS for having such an excellent professional taking care of our AC’s maintenance.

Marcos was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Marcos explained everything to me in a simple way that I was able to understand and comprehend it. I will request for Marcos to come check on my unit anytime.🫡

Klender Pernia was fantastic to find my problem and explained very well all that was going on with my unit. Performed all diagnostics tests and resolved my issues gracefully. Very knowledgeable and attentive to customer complaints

Alfredo Gutiérrez was here all day with the new installation. He remained cheerful, was detailed minded, gave clear explanations, and didn’t leave till we were completely satisfied. ARS continued to live up to its reputation, they are true professionals. We’ve been a customer for the past 16 years.

David did a superb job. Professional, competent and communicated his findings very clearly. Also clearly outlined possible next steps for replacing the compressor, etc. as well as arranging for an estimate on his cell. Good man!

Juan & Eduardo came to install a new Ac in our unit to replace our old 19 years one .
I highly recommend them . They did great job . They are professional and left their work area clean behind them.

Kiender did a complete inspection of our AC unit , which we purchased last year. Kiender went over products like the air scrubber and UV lights which we didn’t have . Very good information and I will take seriously for the near future. Thanks to all involved at ARS to make this purchase smooth and reliable!
