Great, friendly and prompt service. Job well done!

Would give them 10 stars if I could! Our home’s plumbing had been giving us quite a few headaches in the past year or so, and we decided that it was time to have it inspected. A neighbor recommended Hernandez Plumbing, and we gave them a call after reading all the positive reviews online. They quickly sent someone to run a camera through the sewer lines, and as we suspected, our cast iron pipes were crumbling and beyond repair. Ralph and Marlon came out to our home and outlined the scope of the large project, which included acquiring all necessary permits, cutting up the cement foundation, digging trenches to remove the old decaying pipes, and replacing them with new PVC ones. Ralph became my main contact on the project, and he kept me informed every step of the way, even sending pictures if I was unable to pass by on a particular day. From the time the city issued the permits until completion, the project only took two weeks, which considering the amount of work that had to be done, was incredible.

I can honestly say that from beginning to end, Ralph and the entire team at Hernandez Plumbing worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job and went above and beyond to make sure that the project came out perfectly. We were very pleased with the excellent work they did and will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. I also highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber.

After having an awful experience with a different plumbing company we called Hernandez after hearing great things. Yovanni came out last week within one hour of us calling the company. Within ten minutes he had a quote and within an hour he resolved the issue. An issue the other company couldn’t resolve. He was respectful, efficient, and left the work area cleaner than when he started. Today we had him back for a different issue and once again he was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Yovanni and Hernandez plumbing.

Had an emergency issue with our kitchen sink overflowing and causing our laundry area sink to do the same, that is close by. Called Hernandez Plumbing and was scheduled for an appointment with a few hours. Had the pleasure of having Yovani (Cruz, maybe?) come out. He called prior to showing up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything and did an amazing job. He recorded a video of what was causing the flooding issue and explained it/shared it with me. He even explained why my hot water (in the kitchen sink) didn’t have much pressure and wasn’t flowing properly and offered to help with that too. Great experience, overall. Highly recommended and will be using their services again!

We had a pleasant experience from start to finish with the individual that took my call, the call back to confirm and Jovanni (Plumber). They dispatched to our home very quick. He took the time to explain each step and politely and professionally answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm now waiting on a quote for a repair of my main drain outside of my house. I would definitely recommend Hernandez Plumbing for friends and family.......

Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5). It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didn't pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were. He was equipped with a company provided tablet, so no messy paperwork, it was all done and paid for digitally, and the email was received quickly after with the invoice and photos he took. Today, the new tankless water heater that we chose was supposed to be delivered to their location, but this wasn't possible for some reason. Zamir personally picked it up and arrived at our home right on time (yes, we did get another text message to track his location). He is very quick and efficient, and he even took the time to answer questions on other plumbing work we are planning on doing. Regarding the company, we love their website and how well organized they are. We can tell that a lot was invested by the founders to get to this point and it was very worth it! We are very happy with our decision to have hired Hernandez Plumbing Co. Thank you and thank you Zamir!

Amazing experience! Jorge was very helpful, kind, and explained where the leak was, what caused it, and broke down the costs of fixing it. He even brought some house shoes to wear in my house, which was very thoughtful. I’d highly recommend hiring Jorge for any plumbing issues you may have. You won’t be disappointed in his quality of work and professionalism!

The plumber explained the problem clearly, gave a fair estimate, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary work. The service was prompt and the repair was done right the first time. I would definitely use them again for any drain cleaning or emergency plumbing needs.

Octavio Delgado was my plumber and he did a phenomenal job with a complicated case. My water heater burst and he showed up the very next day, and consulted me on the best way forward and got the job done professionally and quickly. I’ll definitely go to him if I have any issues in the future

Our peace was overturned with flooding in a closet used for clothes not often worn and storage wet. Today hole damaged cold and hot intake hoses were replaced with better ones without leakers. A earlier job to replace hot and cold plumbing pieces from the wall and one hose. The cold metal hose replaced hoses after after matter of days.
Jorge expertly repaired made and left the area tidy and clean.
My bathroom sink needed to have it's hardware put on due to being old and the handles not working well. Instead Jorge came by today to do the job because he had some time. I had started to put things back and water was again on the floor. To top this off a cracked elbow was found by this expert plumber. His timing stopped more flooding and heart break makes him a Hero. When plumbing issues arise typically one has to navigate in the sea of unprofessional plumbing contractors who do not keep appointments, frustate customers with less than quality work, many times shoddy work with no response to inquiries about the work quality and servicefailure and missed appointments. That is NOT the case with Hernandez Plumbing. Today I initiated a service call with Hernandez Plumbing and my first encounter was with Georgia who was extremely professional, accurate and prompt in setting up an appoitment for me. The service tech Jorge who showed up an hour before the appointment time after prior notification. Jorge was very professional in his work knowledge and conduct throughout the service call. After a couple of hours the work was completed exactly as I had requested. I had been dealing with another plumber for nearly 5 days to get this work done and after many frustrating calls I decided to give Hernandez Plumbing a try and I am SO glad I did. Premier customer care, professionalism and expert work quality. The quoted price was fair and market competitive. Today they gained a new customer in me by simply delivering on their promise. I recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Our cast iron pipes were deteriorating and leaking under our foundation. Ralph from Hernandez Plumbing did an assessment to replace all drain pipes in our home. He was phenomenal in every way. He created a plan that would cause the least amount of disruption, one with more than adequate (and better than current) drainage, and with a reasonable price and timeline. His expertise was second to none in the quotes we receive and his honest prevailed, steering us away from cheap options that would not last. When it came time for the work they were in and out in under two weeks, masked the entire house, took incredible care of our home, were on time each day, and gave a full progress report at the end of each day. They made it clear when we could be in the home and when we could use water. Best of all they treated us like family, so much so that we gave them a key to the house so they could enter anytime they needed. We had complete trust in them and their crew of professionals. I will never use another plumber as long as I am in the area. Hats off to Ralph, Marlon, and their team as we could not have asked for a better experience.

Super happy with Hernandez Plumbing, They were on time, super professional, and really fast to solving. You can tell they know what they’re doing, and they made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up. The attention and care they put into their work really stood out. We had a claim from an insurance company on our tankless water heater. Within two days the serviceman was at our house. He completed the job in a very timely fashion.
