Luis was professional, well mannered and got the job done fast. He knew what part I needed replaced, went to store to get it and came back to install all within the same day. Would highly recommend!

Luis from Roto Rooter was great. He showed up to handle an issue deemed too big for another competitor to finish in a week. Luis was able to identify the issue, source the parts needed, and had us up and running with hot water in our shower within a few hours.

Top of the line service. Kenneth was called to my house for a pipe leak under sink and he figured out issue and redid my pipes and explained everything to me so I understood what I was paying for. Also very reasonable

I never had to deal with a broken water heater before. Yosniel is fantastic! He came right in time and gave us a free estimate, as well as other affordable options. I highly recommend him!

Drainage was backed up. Roto-Rooter came within the hour and diagnosed the issue was due to roots growing through a drainage pipe joint. Cleared the drain that same day and then installed a new joint (more resistant to roots) the very next day. The work was pricey as one would expect, but they offered 0% financing which helped quite a lot for maintenance I really had no choice but to resolve. Sergio and Jacob were awesome and explained everything to me in detail, showed me the damage and the repair. Excellent work and more importantly, quick!

Price was a little higher than I would have liked, but Yosniel was very courteous and professional as a representative. He was transparent throughout the process and the job was completed well to my satisfaction. Would absolutely call again for future plumbing issues.

Christopher was amazing! I was pretty upset after having a huge mess left behind by the previous guy and Christopher stayed to make sure nothing was leaking and that everything was cleaned up.
