Fast response—had a bad shutoff valve at the office. They came out and had to cut drywall to cap another line as well. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was even able to reuse the drywall piece so it looks like they were never there.

I had an outstanding experience with Plumbing Services by Gus! Mike and Chris came out to install a new shower faucet, and from start to finish, they were everything you’d hope for in professionals—on time, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.

What really stood out was their communication. They took the time to clearly walk me through each step of the installation process, so I knew exactly what to expect. No surprises—just honest, transparent service.

After installing the new shower faucet (which works perfectly!), they went above and beyond by completing a full home inspection. They identified that my water heater is due for an update and even performed a water conditioning test. Turns out my water is 18 grains hard, which can shorten the lifespan of appliances like my dishwasher, washing machine, and water heater. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain all of this—it shows they genuinely care about their customers’ homes, not just the job at hand.

Mike and Chris delivered top-notch service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumbing Services by Gus to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional plumbing work. Thanks again for such a great experience!

Gus's plumbing was on-time [10 minutes early 🥰) courteous and competent. Price was MORE than fair, and friendly service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Called Gus for emergency service and a plumber was at my door within minutes. The plumber and Gus were very pleasant to deal with and problem was resolved immediately. Thankfully it was not an emergency but due to past plumbing issues with other vendors I overreacted. Gus and plumber were understanding. Gus has my business from now on.

We added natural gas to our home and purchased a whole house generator and a tankless water heater. Plumbing Services by Gus handled the installation and hook up of our water heater. Chris was the initial plumber we worked with. He is amazing. He stopped by to advise us on installing the water heater inside the garage or on the outside of our townhouse. It took five months for the gas company to bring gas into our house. During that time, Chris stopped by several times to check up on our progress. When it came time for the install, Chris and Duwayne spend the whole day meticulously installing the water heater, removing the old water heater and cleaning up messes made by both the generator install and the gas company install. We cannot say enough about how much above and beyond the expected service Chris and Duwayne performed for us. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Amazing company.
