I am very pleased with the Service I received today from Shelby Wilson Sr of the Compass Mechanical Group Inc. He worked quickly and installed the HVAC drain line parts that I had purchased (i.e. a ball shut off valve, a hose adapter, and an iFLO Smart AC Drain Line Cleaning System with a cleaning Cartridge. Shelby was very familiar with the items I wanted installed and he had done it for other customers.
Yesterday morning, Carie Wilson was very helpful and I was quickly able to enroll in their HVAC System maintenance plan that I selected.
Hats off to the Compass Mechanical Group Team for the fast an excellent service! -
