Great service! We have had issues with our HVAC system. Jonathan has come out multiple times to make sure he had found the correct issue. He explained didn't charge us for a part that wasn't the correct issue. He always shows up quick if there is an issue and does great on maintenance. Highly recommended very knowledgeable.

These guys are the best. They show up on time, respect your property, do great work that’s reasonably priced, explain things so I understand what they are doing and clean up the work area when done. Best HVAC experience ever!

Amelia's Best diagnosed and repaired our on-demand hot water heater quickly and at a great value. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to take a hot shower again! Jonathan took the time to not only repair our system but to install a valve to allow us to switch over to our traditional electric hot water tank, if ever necessary. I can't imagine using anyone else! We couldn't recommend Amelia's best more!

Amelia’s Best installed a new A/C system in our condo last August. Service was great, timely and very professional. We had a call back for some thermostat issues which was immediately addressed and corrected by Jonathan and crew. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Amelia’s Best to one and all.

Christopher was spot on, a great associate to represent any company. He came in spoke clearly about what he was going to do. Asked questions about our AC issues. After he collected that info. Went to work, told us exactly what he was doing & asked if we wanted step by step breakdown of everything he might have to do. Showed us what was needed and the options were. He also worked quickly even with our dogs trying to drive him nuts. We now have a new AC company and we’d recommend this team to anyone.

I had an issue with my heat and AC. Called Amelia’s best, they were able to come the same day at a convenient time for us. They showed up on time to diagnose the problem. They gave me several options for repairs vs. replacement, outlining the pros/cons for both. We ultimately decided to replace the system. They drove to Savannah the next morning to get the parts they needed and had the entire system replaced the next day.

The technicians were professional and extremely clean. They were friendly and answered all of the questions we had.

Johnathan did an amazing job diagnosing our problem, working with the warranty and getting the parts as quickly as possible. Andre and Gabriel got us back up and running with their installation of the parts. I was shocked that they offer temporary window units for us to borrow while they waited for the parts. In almost 30 years of home ownership, I’ve never had a company do that before! I’ll be getting on their maintenance plan ASAP and never using anyone else! Highly recommend you give them a call if you are having any issues or just want to maintain your unit!

Ive had to use this company twice this year, both times they were extremely helpful and fast. Even when they were booked for several days, they ended up having someone squeeze me in same day since I was desperate without working AC.
