My thermostat on my hot water heater blew and they got it fixed quickly..

Late night service request for a backup in the outside drainage and reset toilet with new wax ring. The technician Samuel was very professional and considerate not to make too much noise considering I have young children in the house sleeping at the time of the service call.

Great service and friendly. Very polite. It was nearly 10pm when my septic had an issue and the boys came out and fixed it right! Will be returning to this company for a future issues. Great service.

We called roto-rooter and within 2 hours, Samuel came out, cleared the blockage in the kitchen sink quickly! He was extremely helpful, and polite! We would definitely use roto-rooter again and request him in the future!

Nolan was a great plumber. Not 100% happy with the pricing, but all plumbing companies are kinda high anyway. But Nolan went above and beyond, very nice guy to boot. Next time i have to use a plumber, i hope it's Nolan!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jose Cruz today, and I must say he left a lasting impression. Jose was extremely professional and informative, answering all my questions with clarity and patience. His great personality shone through, and he couldn't stop smiling, which made the entire experience pleasant. Although no actual work was done today, I am confident that if I ever have any plumbing issues, Jose will be my go-to person. His demeanor and expertise have earned my trust. Highly recommended!

Pipe break approx 8pm. Called and given 1 hour window for service. Arrived in 1 hour window. Repaired in approx 1 1/2 hours. Service tech very professional. A bit expensive considering there was no trip or emergency fee but happy to have water back on.

Jose was very professional, courteous, and knew exactly what he need to do to resolve the issue. Excellent work, cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Will definitely be calling if I need plumbing services again. Excellent pricing as well.

Samuel replaced my main water valve and was fast and courteous. The price came in under the agreed amount due to parts being less than he initially thought, which was admirable on his part. Samuel took the time to educate me on water softeners as well, so I will definitely use him to install my water filtration system next! Give this man a raise. 🙂

Only 2 hours between when I called & a serviceman in my driveway! Samuel fixed my shower cartridge within an hour, and I got a senior citizen discount. He a great guy - good personality & explained everything thoroughly!

Raymond went way beyond our expectations today after inspecting the leak in our 30 year old toilet. We agreed with his recommendation that it would make sense to replace the toilet rather than repairing it. He offered to drive to a local home improvement company to purchase a new toilet in our price range and install it at a fair price overall. We are two 80 year old senior ladies on a fixed income, and are so grateful to Raymond and Roto Rooter. Home improvement projects are incredibly difficult to manage and it's often hard to find affordable, professional, reliable service. The toilet Raymond chose for us looks and works great. I called on Monday afternoon and I was given an appointment for the next morning. I was given a heads up prior to the technician arrival. My Technician, Samuel, introduced himself immediately. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his warm demeanor. He explained his approach and the plan to get me back in water. After the part was acquired the work did not take very long at all. Thank you Samuel for a pleasant experience. Thank you Roto-Rooter for your commitment to quality and customer service. I hope I will not need you anytime soon but if I do have any plumbing issues you will be my first call.

Had a water pipe burst late at night, and they were able to get a technician out within 45 minutes. Jose was friendly, gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to get repairs done, and I had water back up and running quickly. Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

I am so grateful for Roto-Rooter’s emergency services. I made a service call at 10pm. Samuel, the plumber was at my door within an hour. My shower handle had came off. Turned out the moen cartridge broke. Samuel wasn’t able to fix the problem right away due to not having the right part on hand. He reassured me that he will be back the next day to fix the problem. He was very prompt and an excellent problem solver. I’m so grateful for his service.
