I own a rental property in North Lauderdale Fl.
For the past 30 years plus, I have had quite a lot of problems with all
four A/C units, most of them could be fixed easily.
However none of them were fixed easily, or reasonably priced, until
A STAR A/C came a long, in the last tow years they replaced tow of the four units, A couple of weeks ago I had to call them to service the third one, BUT THEY DID NOT WAND TO DO WHAT THE UNIT NEEDED, THEY WANTED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE UNIT RITE FROM SCRUCH.
When I asked the tech about the rutling noise coming from the unit they replaced tow years ago, I never got any answer and they never got back to
me regarding the repair of under warranty, and they never finished the job they came to do either.
Now at this time I do not know if I should pass the news on to my Attorney Mr Kirkiles who introduced me to A Srar A/C, or not;
I think I shall wait a little longer and then I at have a ward with My attorney.

I recently had A Star AC perform a pre-season service to our Ductless Mini Split AC units. I am really pleased with their service, from their office staff and service technicians. The office staff are courteous and efficient. The service technicians are knowledgable of the Ductless AC systems and they are careful to clean up the work areas during their work procedures. I will look forward to using this company in the future!

I had a broken A/C. A service guy came the same day at 6:30pm, few hours later after I gave a call. He was very professional, he checked it, found the problem quickly and fixed it. Additionally, he gave few advices how to maintain the A/C and showed how to clean a filter. I loved this service a lot!!!!

A Star is a great company with very knowledgeable employees. We had them install a single Unit mini split. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend

A Star installed a new unit for me at the end of 2019 and recently serviced it (March '21)

They did a great job on both. Very happy and would recommend.

The techs arrived on time, wearing clean clothes and a positive attitude. They got down to business right away and moved the a/c 30 feet to a better location.
They wasted no time and we’re done in 90 minutes.

Next time I need a new a/c I’m calling these guys.

I love these guys. They're one of the few contractors I've dealt with in Florida who simply won't over bill - they get to the root of the problem and fix exactly what's wrong. This is my 4th experience with them and they're quality of service is amazingly consistent.

They are fantastic! Every company should work like this...On Thursday got a quote and on Friday my new unit was working...the installation took less time then I thought...very professionals and nice people!

Great company! Showed up on time!!! Very affordable. I was about to pass out because my A/C stopped working on a freaking saturday afternoon!!! Being that I live in Miami I have been used by some awful customer service from the laundromat to the dude down the street making a burger, but A Star was a refreshing surprise. I called them and was greeted by a friendly technician who came over within an hour and fixed the problem in no time (turned out to be a bad thermostat), I was back to watching porn in 70 degree comfort again!!! ;)

As always, A Star AC, Filip, Monica, Dimitri and all - very professional, good services. We wish they were the one who installed the equipment - we wouldn't have to call them every six months !!! Again, thank you so much, being in the hospitality services, our clients can't stay without AC and you've been very helpful in providing us and our guests the best customer service there is.

I was able to get a same day appointment for our A/C that wasnt cooling properly. The tech called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time and was knowledgeable and courtious. He had a younger helper/trainee with him and it was awesome to see someone getting on the jib training.
He was able to repair the issue and here we are a week later still enjoying our nice and cool home.

All I can say is call them if you need any HVAC work done. This company is amazing! What a professional friendly company to work with. My wall unit air conditioner was not working correctly so I had A star come look at it. Long story short the original company that installed it (a very large AC company that we’ve had multiple bad experiences with) installed it backwards so it took a toll on the AC and caused it to die sooner than it should have. They installed a brand new AC at a fair price and in a very timely manner. It’s working like a dream I’m so happy with it. One of the head technicians even came to inspect it after the job was done to make sure everything went well. I never once had any type of follow up from the other large company we had used in the past. I also had A star clean the coils on our large AC and it was also a great experience. What I’ve learned from this whole thing is please give the smaller companies a try. Just because a company is large and advertises on bill boards doesn’t mean they employ skilled technicians or truly care about what they are doing. A star ticks all the boxes and then some. I won’t ever call another AC company again now that I know how wonderful A star is. Please take my advice and don’t hesitate to call them for all your HVAC needs. Thank you A star!

Igor was great as always. We needed a new fan on our compressor unit and he knocked it out of the ballpark quickly. These are the "go to guys" for air conditioning!

Angel is the best tech ever!! Have used A Star Air for 15 years & have never been disappointed!
