Outstanding service in every way. Company had a tech out to my boat the first thing the next business day after my call. Technician called three times during the initial visit to my boat. The owner called me several times with options to replace my dead chill water A/C system and went out of his way to find a replacement quickly. When the company owner gives you his cell number you know that they are serious about customer satisfaction. I really liked the fact that he presented options for me that allowed me to select the best system - not just a cookie cutter replacement. I could not be happier with the install and the service after the sale. We had a small problem with an air handler a couple of weeks after the install and Richard was on the phone with me immediately walking me through a troubleshooting procedure and even got the replacement part to me in another state. I think these guys are absolutely the best!
