I am very pleased and totally satisfied with Split System Heating & Cooling. They were quick to set up my appointment, and were very pleasant and courteous, and they performed the installation in a timely manner. Thank you guys!!!

They showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. The repairs were done done fast and for a very fair price. I will use them for all my h vac needs. Their services are exceptional.

Setting up a service call was easy. Scheduler noted all my concerns and had everything put into consideration. The technician was on time, thorough and had great maintenance advice for customers. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Sam did an excellent job with my furnace and air conditioning installation. He was prompt, courteous, and personable. He made sure that all my questions were answered throughout the whole process. It was evident that he is knowledgeable about his trade.

The Technician serviced my A/C today. He was on time, and very friendly. I also really appreciate that he took the time to explain the thermostat to me because I had quite a few questions. Lastly, he also took the time to now only show me how, but he also helped me change the position of the vents in my room so that not as much hot air was blowing in. Stand up guy; Split System Heating & Cooling did a great job.

The technician at Split System Heating & Cooling was timely, honest and efficient. As a new homeowner, I felt very grateful to have someone like him come out and take the time to explain to me what was happening with my a/c unit and what the options available to me meant. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them the next time something comes up.

We've been with Split System Heating & Cooling since they were a small, one-person shop. The reason is that they are honest, polite, professional and are customer-centric. Could you find someone to work cheaper? We think they are fair and never try to sell us on something we don't need. They've also worked hard to earn our trust and have become like close neighbors.

I had strange odors coming from the vents. They cleaned the ducts thoroughly and the air feels fresh again.

They installed our brand-new system, and honestly, the whole process was shockingly stress-free. The crew was super polite, meticulously clean, and made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home. Beyond happy, I'm absolutely delighted with the whole experience.

“ membership fee “ over the phone which I declined for I was not comfortable doing so. He went and scheduled without membership, gave me a window when to expect, NO Call- No Show- No answer following day. But was very highly available to take that “membership” payment over the phone.

I am in business myself, and communication is key.
