when my unit crashed i didn’t know what to do. James came by and checked it out and come to find out i needed a new unit. i wasn’t left without AC long. he was fast acting, got me a brand new unit and i was back up and running with no issues since. he was very polite, showed up on time and was knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. if you have any issues, he’s your guy!

Extremely professional and elite company. We had our AC unit replaced, ductwork and insulation all done by their team and all was amazing from start to finish. They were always here when they said they would be, equipment of high quality and every step of the process was explained to us in details.
After all FPL came by to survey our home and let us know that the AC is running at top efficiency and minimal consumption. Thank you!

James is very experienced, very honest, very prompt and very professional. He's also a very nice person. He got our home system back in operation very quickly and inexpensively. You will not find a better AC company to work on installations and repairs.

James is a true professional. He showed up on time and was so determined to find the issue with my customer's a/c and fix it. He went through all the proper channels to get roof access to the condo building and gave my customer a full analysis of the issue and very fair pricing. He also solved the problem of a mystery smell that continually made the property smell musty and damp. As the listing agent to the property, I had the unit cleaned, plumbing pipes flushed and cleaned, checked the windows for leaks, and even used damp rid throughout the property. Turns out the air ducts needed a thorough cleaning and James once again provided fair pricing and a super thorough cleaning. Problem solved immediately! He's great. Definitely will recommend him and use him again for my clients and for myself.

L and L heating and cooling repaired my AC 2 years ago after I bought my new home. I was told by the inspectors and another company that I needed to replace the AC. After the owner of L and L repaired it and did a thorough cleaning I haven’t had anymore problems. Our house is kept very cold like 73 degrees and it’s lasted 2 more summers with no signs of failing. The owner James was very knowledgeable and professional, I’ve called him personally for questions about maintenance and he’s always been available. Over all I highly recommend this company.

James put in a brand new unit. His price was the best price out of three estimates! He did a great job during a very busy time of year! I recently called him during the summer to flush out air he came out after he worked all day, very attentive cleaned my AC it works amazing! He is a clean young man very polite and doesn’t leave any mess! I am so happy with my unit and I recommend James he deserves higher than a 5 star review! He’s also such a nice young man!

James did a FANTASTIC job with our A/C. We bought a house a few months ago and it was getting extremely hot, even though the A/C unit was in good condition. James assessed the issues and provided a solution to help our A/C function properly. Our home is now so cool, especially during this hot summer!! He replaced the A/C unit at my mom’s house and cleaned all the vents and she is so happy with the results. So professional, responsive and had the best prices of anyone we got a quote from. So glad we went with James, don’t hesitate!

I feel ghosted. I chose LL due to the ratings. After speaking to James I was sure we would use him for the life of the AC. He never pulled the permit and I can't have it inspected until it's pulled, thus causing me sleepless nights and stress. He said it was due to the portal, but the city said they will help him. I asked all the right questions before installation and was assured it would be permitted. $7000.00, which included the permit, will take me forever to pay off and I could've saved a couple grand with other companies, but I was impressed with how James was willing to help with an issue of air flow, how friendly he was and most of all how quickly he answered my calls and questions. I may be having a problem with the new thermostat and was hoping he would address it when he dropped off the permit. He mentioned several times he would get it done the week of installation, the week after, ..... no permit yet. The inspection has to be done as I stated to James on day one.
I will update and will be willing to change my review upon completion of the permit and inspection status. I was really hoping to have found our forever AC company. I know he's truly busy but I feel I've been very patient in giving him time to get it done. I learned that the work shouldn't be started without the permit. If the permit was done right away and I had the inspection passed I would have given a five, even 10, star. I have been stressed because our association says the copy of the permit must be filed with them. I wanted it to run smoothly so that our association wouldn't ban him for not pulling permits. I'm hoping this gets resolved quickly. People ask me if I'm satisfied. I was at first but each day pushes me back.
