I've been in the home business for over 25 years. So I have some knowledge of plumbing and work with many different subcontractors. I could not use my regular plumbing contractor being that this is a specialty service that not all plumber's offer. So this was for my personal home that has cast-iron and I have been personally snaking quite frequently. Knowing this was just buying time not fixing the problem. He could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable he's great in all aspects you would hope for. As a builder I had many questions mainly from experience on working with different subcontractors I knew he was my guy to completely fix the problem not just clear the line till the next time, cast-iron only get worse never better with simply snaking and clearing the line. He's a stand up guy who's very professional and polite. And the company is also great. This is not something anyone wants to do, it's a need rather that a want. So if you're in a similar situation with cast-iron pipes that Maikol Ortega with Eco pipe lining is who you need to professionally fix the problem not just buy you some time till the next time. I'm very pleased and will refer him to any of my family, friends, or my customers prior remodeling a kitchen or bathroom. I had major back up in my house and i called several plumbers, but they all told me I have broken pipes underneath my home and that they would have to dig up my floors to replace all the pipes, which would be very expensive and take a while. I would have also had to move out during the process.
When I called Eco Pipe Lining they told me they could fix the issue with out Breaking
any of the floors. The process was alot quicker and cheaper. The best part of it was I did not have to move out of my home.
