Technician Andres was courteous, professional, and honest. Kitchen sink drain snake and replacement of under the sink water filter. Did great work and fixed the issue.

My plumber Jordan did a great job. He came to snake the house through the roof and checked afterward making sure the water is running through freely from showers and toilets from all the bathrooms and he snaked again to make sure is completely free of debris. He was very thorough.

Johns plumbing put in a new hot water heater full installation in two hours, then repiped the whole 5 bedroom house in four days at an unbeatable price. Andres and Chris worked nonstop until everything was squared away and working beautifully.

Corey, John and Jordan all good customer service. The office scheduler is also very helpful. The pricing is creative so you have to be on your toes. Prompt and friendly service is their strength.

I was installing my last crew on this job after doing six units and water started coming out. It was the last group of the day it was 530 and by the time Michael Jones Plumbing they told me they were gonna be there between five and seven and Cristian showed up at 6:45 and solve the deal. He oversee an estimated the job he went and got Supplies and got back in 40 minutes and took care of the job in an hour by nine we were out everybody had water on stack number three of the building. Account Manager Corey came out and gave us an estimate for snaking and jet flushing from roof vent and and sewer outlet valve. Seemed reasonable. We set an appointment and 2 techs out and were very polite and performed the service for us. So far so good. The call center lady is also very nice. The one disappointment was that there seems to have been no follow up certification visit from Corey as promised. so Corey 4.5 Tech guys 5.0 and Call center 5.0

Very professional and by far gave the best price for our apartment. Always on time and had no issues with communication through the whole process. Dani made sure that we are up to date with the permitting process and walked us through the steps and updates. 100% recommend them.

Needed a whole house repipe to eliminate continuing under slab copper line leaks. Andres L. was excellent to work with. Took care of all issues staying late as needed to make sure his customer was satisfied.

I can’t express how grateful we are for Khari from John’s plumbing. We are in Florida for a week and needed a plumber to turn on the water and make sure all plumbing was working.
