I called to schedule an appointment and was offered an opportunity for a technician to arrive within 30 minutes. Hector arrived on time and assessed the job and completed it in under an hour. He cleaned up and left the area spotless! I highly recommend Sam Jolley plumbing. Ask for Hector, you won’t be disappointed.

Hector from “Sam Jolly Plumbing” is excellent at what he does; he is a true professional! He originally came to replace our broken down garbage disposal, which he did…But then I asked him if he could take a look at one of the sinks in our “newly remodeled master-bathroom” that was leaking. Without hesitation, he said “No Problem” and went to work to fix it, which turned out to be a very labor intensive job. He really went out of his way to fix the defective sink that even the original company who installed it couldn’t figure out how to fix.
Hector, is an incredibly hard worker with a positive, “can-do attitude” and he is very easy going, while still staying laser focused on the job in front of him.
He is not only a true professional but a good person, that I would trust in my home and highly recommend to anyone!

Pablo was personable, professional and successfully changed the valves and spigots on our washing machine where, prior to this, the cold water came out in a trickle. Now, we have great pressure for both cold and hot water. He got this done in about 1/2 an hour. This is my 2nd time using Sam Jolley Plumbing and recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Hector was the plumber who the company sent. He was very professional, respectful, and didn't just fix the problem with my toilet but provided a full assessment of the efficiency of the toilet and gave me advice on how to make the toilet work better. I was very impressed with his professionalism and ability. I would definitely call this company again and request Hector!

After searching for a good company to help us with our plumbing issues , we decided to go with Sam Jolley. The customer service to booking the appointment and getting set up was outstanding. Quick, easy and even gave a follow up call, along with a heads up of when the plumbers were on the way. If I owned a plumbing company Scott and Ian mirror the type of people I would want on my team. They definitely deserve a raise or bonus. For starters, they showed up to my house with a positive, professional, can-do attitude. They assessed the problem and worked very well together. They went above and beyond to educate me on what they were doing and how they were going to fix our plumbing issues. They were punctual, honorable, and hard working. The job was completed in a timely manner as well. My family and I are so happy to finally have our water working again and be able to be at peace. Hector was punctual, exceptionally polite, and friendly. He attentively listened to me when I was showing him what had to be repaired, he then explained his planned actions. When it came to the repair, he presented my options along with the pros and cons for each. His work was swift, neat, and efficient. I'm thoroughly pleased with the accomplished job.

I had a bathroom that was completely clogged. I called and was given a time the same day within a few hours. The tech Alex t came out after he called ahead to notify me on his eta. He came in and reviewed the issue then he came to terms with the cost and he went to work. They were great and would recommend them. My only PSA is don’t use flushable wipes.

We have used Sam Jolley before. They have done everything from install the plumbing on a bathroom renovation to replacing a hot water heater today. They are knowledgeable and professional. They explain what will happen and the expense attached. We will continue to use them. They stand behind their work.

If you want honest, competent plumbers, they're the place to go. I had a clogged toilet and bathtub drain, and he had to go through the septic outlet on the roof to get it cleared. The first time he came, he couldn't get to the outlet because my solar panels covered it, so he had to come out again once I had them removed. There was a service charge for the first visit, and that was subtracted from the cost of the repair on the second visit, which i wasn't expecting, because it wasn't his fault that he couldn't fix it the first time. He said he could take the toilet out and try to clear it that way, but didn't recommend this because it would cost twice as much and he might not be able to clear the clog that way. Again, I found this highly unusual, and perhaps I just had a bad experience with the other company for my previous plumbing issue 5 years ago, but I was not expecting him to be so straightforward and honest with me. He also told me what caused the clog (someone throwing so-called flushable wipes down the toilet) so I could avoid problems in the future. I highly highly recommend this company!

Update - 2 years since first review - i just had a leak in my washer faucet and got the usual excellent service from Sam Jolley's Plumbing. I can't say enough good things about this company - if you want honest, extremely competent and nice plumbers who are happy to answer stupid questions for a very reasonable price, this is the company to go with.

Confirmed appointment and technician showed up within the scheduled time frame, was professional knowledgable, and provided options for our repair. I found some cheaper options really quick online, but decided I was comfortable and happy with the tech so we had him complete our repair. Happy we did, job well done and I'll use them again in the future.

John was phenomenal. Provided great customer service and was very efficient and effective in taking care of our plumbing issue. If we ever have other issues, we want John to come back out to take care of it. Excellent guy and knew how to fix it quickly! Thanks John!

I recently hired Sam Jolley’s Plumbing to detect a water leak and fix the main water valve handle in my home, and I am extremely satisfied with their services. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and expertise.

The plumbers arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Teddy (and his partner) was great, his attention to detail was commendable.
They efficiently repaired the main water valve handle, ensuring it was in proper working condition. They replaced any damaged parts and took the time to explain the repair process to me. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to answer my questions.

Throughout the entire process, the plumbers maintained a clean and organized work area, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine. They also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect towards my property.

Alex from Sam Jolly Plumbing were great. My cat was in my screened in patio & instead of coming in they called me to tell me they were at my house. Thank goodness the cat didn't get out. He evaluated the problem & fixed it in record time too. Great job

Pablo was amazing!! I have had repeat backups within my store and many people out prior to Pablo’s visit to take a look at the problem. Pablo spent hours clearing my line, and he found the root cause of the issue— which several company’s I worked with could not. Amazing attention to detail and all around great communication. Highly recommend!

Sam Jolley’s plumbing was extremely fast to respond to my needs for a leak under my kitchen sink that needed urgent repair. Scott came out to my home and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend!

Needed a plumber urgently on a Sunday, called Sam Jolly and within a couple of hours Scott arrived, knew exactly what was needed, went and got the parts and within an hour or so, the problem was resolved. I was very impressed, clearly a very well run organization so I opted to take out their Platinum Plan on an annual basis... Great company, highly recommended.

Sam Jolly Plumbing has very good staffing. I received my 1 hr call before appointment and it was the day and time range I was told. Upon arrival Scott inspected the problem and I discussed my concerns. He assured me that it should be no problem. Scott kept me informed during the process. He was very professional and finished in a timely manner. They are a 5 star operation.

George was very kind and communicative. He helped to try and figure out the source of our shower smell. Unfortunately the smell did not go away BUT he helped do find the next best people for job and replaced a piece in our bathroom that needed to be replaced. I appreciate how he showed us exactly what he was doing and respected our home. I will definitely call on George again to help solve any other plumbing issues that may arise. Great experience overall!!

My Plumbing Tech George was great! He is very personable and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the knowledge he shared to identify what’s broke and what isn’t, and what to look out for going forward. I also enjoyed the online and paperless experience with Sam Jolley. They communicated with me well every step of the way.

Customer service, in scheduling my appointment promptly but then accommodating my need to change the original appointment time to the following day, was all done in a way that showed me clearly the people I spoke with on the phone were there to put my needs first & make their service work for me.
In addition to the water heater, the technician who came to my home, Scott Vadalabene, replaced the emergency shut off, gate valve & hose bib. He was friendly, professional, efficient, & I felt he went above & beyond to see that the work was done properly & I was completely satisfied. I would feel lucky to have him back in my home & would recommend him highly to others.

George did a great job. He was prompt and honest with what was the issue and the cost involved with fixing it. He has a great attitude and he is wonderful to work with.
