So pleased with the service I received. I had a leak in my roof and was in a situation where I could have been taken advantage of and would have never known any difference. Highly recommend they did a great clean job after hurricane Ida. They only removed where they detected moisture in my walls, sprayed to kill the mold and mildew and set up fans to dry! Very professional and easy to work with! Thanks Titan Services!

We were really impressed with the work that Abe did for us after Hurricane Ida damage our home. They did a great job gutting and treating mold in our home. It only took them about 8 days.We even got complements from our contractor because Abe and his crew made sure to remove every nail and made it easy for them to put new sheet rock and floors.

I called Service Titan due to my home needing a new roof from the hail damage. Eddie came out the very next day and gave me an estimate and was very professional! He was super nice! Service Titan USA was very prompt in coming out to resolve our basement water problem after a big storm in our area. They worked fast and efficient in removing wet carpet, padding and furniture in our basement so that we would not incur any future problems with it. The workers were very professional and friendly as they worked to remove the wet carpet… from our basement. I would recommend them to others and was satisfied with the price that they charged. Service Titan USA did a wonderful job on our home. We had some water damage due to a hail storm. Not only did they do an awesome job on our roof, they repaired and repainted our ceiling perfectly. We are so happy we chose to upgrade our roof with Owens Corning Duration Storm shingles. They have a lifetime guarantee and are a class 4 impact shingle. They will withstand 142 mph winds. Living in Arkansas and considering all the tornadoes it is a great choice. I would recommend them to everyone! Mike and Nikki are the best and the crew that worked on our roof were very professional and did a great job with their cleanup.

After hurricane Ian these people were very quick to take our money .. and lots of it! Eleven thousand dollars! However, they charged us for numerous things they never did and there were items not completed .. couldn’t even get them to return our house keys! They simply stopped responding. Avoid getting duped by them.
