    I have built three homes in Southwest Florida in the past 20 years with three different contractors. We moved to Cypress Cove at The Oaks into one of Chris Tel's villas in April 2024. We have had nothing but problems with them ever since. Roofing issues. Window issues. Ceiling fan issues. Electrical issues. Landscaping issues. Constant delays in meeting deadlines. Never had any of these issues with the other three contractors in Punta Gorda Florida.
