This company always goes the extra mile. Their people are well trained. When ever there is a problem they respond right away and fix it. Everybody is different but, one of my pet peeves are clean restrooms. Our restrooms are not only clean they smell clean. We love Maria. She has been doing our office for years and knows what we like.

Jade Maintenance is the best commercial office cleaning company I know. They always respond immediately when any issues arise. They come around regularly to check everything at the building. The same people clean, they do not have lots of turnover like other companies.

Our office is very clean. They clean our refrigerator and microwave. Best of all our vinyl floors sparkle. They actually wax them. When things go wrong Valerio responds right away. He comes around regularly to make sure every thing is done correct. They are easy to work with and do little extra things for no charge. The best cleaning company we have had.

Jade has been our company for many years. About 5 years ago our receptionist had a friend who had a franchise cleaning company. They came in and offered us a cheaper price of$75 a month. We hired the cleaning franchise. What a mistake. Our bathrooms were seldom clean and our VTC tile floors were NEVER shiney. When we requested our floors to look shiney like Jade Maintenance used to do, they wanted to charge us $250.00 more a month. We called Jade Maintenance to come back.They always respond to any problems and the keep our floors beautiful.
