Enjoyed meeting Marlon today. I told him about our repair needs and I received 2 notices to call you. I’d prefer that you call me to set up a repair appointment. I’ve been on hold for a long time.

Joel, cleaned our pool yesterday and did an excellent job. Most importantly he vacuumed thoroughly cleaning up the debris on the bottom of the pool. We had guests and it was greatly appreciated.

Would highly recommend!

Excellent service today. John cleaned the limescale off our glass tiles and they are now looking pristine.

Rikki is the whole reason my experience with pool troopers thus far has been rewarding. She made me feel at such ease that I signed up for service on the spot. She had everything that was needed to start my service the same day and even came back a couple days later to help me more and check on the pool. My pool was in bad shape from a previous company and Rikki got my pool back on track to where it should be. I appreciate her and her vibrant personality so much.

Ross has been taking care of our community pool for several months! He is so knowledgeable! He keeps the pool cleaner than it has ever been! He is organized and makes great suggestions.
We never want him to leave!!!!

All I can say is Ross Morad is the best thing that ever happened to our pool! He is the best!!! Works hard, cares, and makes sure our pool is clean and perfect every visit!! It's nice to see someone take pride in his work!!! Thank you Ross!!!!! You are sooo appreciated!!!

John McCarthy was wonderful! He’s the first person that ever cleaned out our salt generator. He also cleaned our filter and did a great job. Jackie was here the time before. She also impressed us. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job as well.Don Hill

We had new pool constructed late 2022...was finished 2/23. We have had Pool Troopers do our maint. since 3/23. Our technician, Ross, does superb job. He is very dependable and takes care of our pool like it is his own. Unlike most pool techs I have seen who only carry yellow container of chlorine, Ross actually brings in all tools needed included huge vac and chemical tester. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants sparkling pool.

Courtney keeps all the pools in Bonita National Community in pristine shape! He is courteous, personable & always there to help. Perhaps a M-F schedule at our large & satellite pools is in order with the increase in swimmer's during the Winter season! We missed him last week while on vacation! Thank you Courtney!

Alex does great work on my jobs pool. He is thorough in his maintenance and is quick to catch things before they become a bigger issue. When there is something broken, it is addressed promptly. He is a friendly face and very good at what he does. Highly recommend!! 🙌

Ross is great. No matter what time of day we call he is always there to help. Very knowledgeable and friendly. There are 600 homes in our community so it can be interesting at times. We greatly appreciate his attentiveness to our needs. The pool always looks great👍
