I met the owners Todd and Wes on a free estimate call and was surprisingly impressed with the professionalism! My wife and I decided it was all about us the customer and decided to hire AC Pros.We went through the process of getting estimates and they were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Based on several referrals in our community we are 100% satisfied! Glad we called and thank you!

Would be 6 stars. My unit was out after coming home from vacation. The team was responsive providing a temporary cooling solution and then repairing the unit same day. These guys are always responsive and looking to resolve issues. Highly recommend!!!

AC Pros is awesome. Have been using them for a while now. Helped me out of jams a couple times. Very reliable. Had my routine maintenance today. Zach Johnson is great.

Andrew, AC Pro's Sr Technician, successfully installed 2 Nest 4th generation thermostats in our home with full local and remote functions and transferred all control to me, the owner. Later this month, he will perform semi-annual maintenance on our AC/Heating dual systems, which they have successfully and reliably performed for us every year for twelve consecutive years. They are the best.

We can’t say enough about AC Pros! Their customer is at the center of everything they do. Our AC unit was struggling and Todd sent Andrew to the rescue (in a very timely manner)! Andrew followed up a few days later to ensure our unit was running properly. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and act with a sense of urgency to provide a great service to their customers. We are very thankful for their expertise! Highly recommend this wonderful company!

AC PROS installed a new Rheem Air Conditioning unit in March 2025. Their installation crew did a great job installing and testing the system. The installation looks neat and clean and the installation crew cleaned up the debree when they finished. The city inspection passed 100%. After 2 months everything is working fine and quietly.

The heat was inoperative on one side of my home. Andrew installed a new thermostat & the problem was solved.

Mark did a fantastic job at my house when he came out to go through the system and clean it. So I referred him to my mother and her husband, David. They also said that he did a fantastic job and was extremely nice while on site. Thank you, AC Pros and thank you very much, Marc!

I just had my AC checked out by AC Pros before heading north for a couple of months. Called them on short notice. Michelle was super helpful on the phone. The technician that came to the house was Andre. He explained everything, was very friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

The work done by Andrew was excellent. He found the problem and fixed it in a hurry. He was honest about the fact that I need a new air conditioner, but I knew that was true since this one is twenty years old. He still didn’t push a new one on me. He said that this one would hang in there while I make some decisions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Todd, Michelle and Andrew are all wonderful! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and reasonable pricing. Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate me. Mark was really great! Very puntual (right at the start of the timeframe), honest and transparent with his work. Reasonable prices compared to other companies and gave great tips to keeping our system clean!

Wanted to change out our AC system before the heat of Summer and we knew it was near end of life so we called Todd and he took care of everything for us. We got the system we wanted installed and the process was excellent. We were always in the loop for scheduling and the workers were always on time, considerate of my wants and needs and cleaned up after their work was done. Being in construction all my life I can really appreciate a great company when I meet one! Thank you AC Pros!

Mark voorhees arrived in a very timely manner and was extremely thorough with the cleaning of the AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and extremely transparent when it came to explaining how to and why to properly maintain the AC unit. I called approximately 6:00 am Hoping AC Pros. Could help that day! Manager contacted Technician Andrew, He was there before 10:00am. Accessed Situation, Explained in-professional manner what could be done.. we chose a new system. , Office staff contacted me with financing information, all of this happened by 12:00 noon. The New System will be installed tomorrow. Very reasonable price . Andrew also have us a few tips to stay comfortable until 7:00 am in the morning.. Thank You AC Pros. Judy Holler. Not all heroes wear capes! Andrew came out to diagnose the problem with our system. There wasn't a clear cut answer to the problem. He went out of his way to do some research on his own, reaching out to the manufacturer to verify his thoughts. He called me back when he said he would, clearly explaining the problem to us along with his proposed solution. It worked and our system is up and running. We love dealing with a company this is responsive to their customer, does what they say they are going to do and fixes the problem. We definitely recommend Andrew and AC Pros for AC issues!

Zach, the technician was prompt, courteous, and fixed the issue quickly. Zach explained the issue clearly and provided a detailed action plan.

Not only are they the best, they don't nickel and dime with you silly things you don't need. I highly recommend them and definitely get their annual service agreement, it is well worth it.
