Very prompt, using text messages to note their arrival time. Technician was very knowledgeable and took pictures to show before and after. Very respectful and responsive

We had two Daikin AC systems installed this week. In short, these people care. We started the process a year ago with Jeff and he followed up with us this March. As it happened, we were ready to go and Jeff attended our home to finalize the discussions and schedule the installation for the date we requested. The installation teams worked a long 10 hour day to get the job done. I inspected the work and the installations were neat and tidy. The following day a couple of loose ends were rectified when the installation manager, Nick, and Donovan attended. Thanks to all involved. A service provider that cares about their work and the customer is an all too rare thing nowadays. I have no hesitation in recommending the Advanced Air team. And thanks for the honey!

We had a condensate line back up and Greg did a great job sorting that out.

Patrick attended most recently and did a very thorough maintenance on our two systems.

I'm very pleased with the service. The motor came in the next day and Donovan was back the following day to install. He was terrific. He even waited on me to buy an air filter so he could replace for me before he left. He went above and beyond. This kind of service is exceptional today. Can't ssy enough good things. The total experience was a 5.

Caleb was able to make a quick determination that the problem with our HVAC was a result of a programming error in the thermostat by the previous owner. Caleb reprogrammed the thermostat and the problem was resolved!

Patrick was thorough and efficient. He came in and got the job done!

They cut a new return vent in my master bedroom and larger supply vent. They covered everything with plastic. Nothing got drywall dusty. Guys were respectful and clean. Great company.
