Mike was great, he explained what he was doing step by step and told me what has to be done and why. I decided that I needed a a new air conditioner. Mike did the work for me and I believe I got a fair deal.

This company is incredible. My AC had problems and I called 5pm on a Saturday expecting that someone would be out next week. Eric showed up Sunday morning and was very professional and informative. The problems were diagnosed and a reasonable price was quoted. I would refer And Services to anyone. I look forward to using them with any future problems. I almost forgot there was no extra charges for the weekend.

I just had my 1st AC system check. They do it every 6 months and I could not be happier with And services and the tech Eric. Thank you

This is the second time Eric has come to service our AC system.
Again Eric was polite and professional. After discussing the symptoms of the problem, he quickly got into diagnosing the problem. After checking out the electronics and a few trips between the Air Handler and the Compresser outside he was convinced there might be a refrigerant leak. After a thorough search using a "Sniffer", a leak was observed in the evaporator coil section. A replacement coil was located and will be installed in the next few days. Eric will follow up on the completed job.
Again Eric did a great job for us!

Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon & AND Services Was here within 2 hours had us up and running at a very reasonable Cost! I just signed up for their anual service contract. Excellent company for your A C services!3 years later , still awesome service!

Very thorough, respectful and professional! Eric came to inspect the AC he was specific went thru everything and told us in easy terms to understand the issue. We told him of our urgency the next day Mike from the company came over, replaced a part and finished the job! We are very happy!

Deysha was phenomenal. She's very competent knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond contact the homeowner. Arrived within a couple of hours to go over everything and we had a new system in our home in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very kind courteous and professional from the moment of the first phone call to the last minute of the installation. We have never seen a company work like this in such a manner. John, the tech who helped us, was super friendly and knowledgeable and loved getting to know him. Unfortunately sad that AND does not do pool pump repair.

Eric was great, fixed our issue really quick and gave us a lot of great info on how to keep the life the ac unit going strong.

This company is great. My a/c stopped working all of a sudden, and I needed to make an emergency appointment to fix it. This is the only company that was able to offer me a quick appointment at no charge. The girls who I talked to on the phone to make an appointment were great. Technician Cody, who showed up for an appointment to fix my problem, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly figured out what the problem was, explained everything to me and fixed it. I highly recommend this company. It is a great company with great staff.

Our air conditioning stopped working and we called to find out what we needed to do to get it fixed. Eric was a real professional in diagnosing the problem and then patiently explaining what caused the problem and how it needs to be fixed. I felt very comfortable that I was being told the truth and not being asked to do more than was necessary to solve the problem.

I had the best experiences with my Service man Eric for tuning up my air conditioner. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He also paid attention to details and he answered all my questions. Unfortunately I do not have any photos to display but he took several pictures and videos to show me the entire unit health. I’m very pleased, impressed with Eric and the company he represents. I did signed up for annual contract to make my A/C system run smoother. The guys were amazing. They went over everything detail with me. They gave me the options. I know my system is on its last leg. Will definitely use the company to replace my system. He is absolutely the best and knows the systems extremely well.

John came out and did a thorough job inspecting outside unit/inside handler/attic), cleaning the components (before and after pics), and installed a new UV bulb. He was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job explaining each segments. Highly recommend AND Services.
