When I set up the time for the technician to arrive, I asked that they come very early and they said they could accommodate that. And Marcos was right on time it was perfect. He did a great job cleaning out my AC from all the leaves the dust the grime. He was extremely professional and courteous.

The service man was very professional and very knowledgeable and very helpful

My mom has been a long time customer of B&B. Rafael has been to our house on several of these calls and we think he is absolutely excellent. Very nice personality, friendly, explains everything so that there’s no questions lingering. He gets in gets his work done All with a smile on his face. We really don’t want any other technician coming out to our place except for Rafael. It’s been a pleasure working with him.

Marcos Cruz and Jim Penate Martinez from B&B Cool Air did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and found the issue that was causing the leakage from the AC onto my garage floor. He explained what he found and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He is absolutely amazing!

What a hero Marcos was to us! After suffering for several days and nights without airconditioning, he came to our rescue. ( A close friend recommended B&B to us). Marcos inspected our AC unit, identified precisely the problem and corresponding solution: replace the Trane Compressor. He singlehandedly and successfully acomplished this heavy job plus all the other tasks -under the gruelling heat outside the house! I called these guys after I called the company that installed my AC unit a little over a year ago would not come out for a few days for an emergency job at my home . B&B came out within a couple hours and got right to work identifying the issues. I was up and running again in no time. The mechanic was personable , fast and efficient. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and knew the answers to my qualifications, he was very knowledgeable for such a young guy. This is the second time I used B&B , they will get business in the future if I need AC work.

What an amazing experience! Our reliable and most efficient technician, Leonnis, arrived bright and early and completed the repair of our a/c unit in record time! Their customer service is far beyond exemplary. With just one quick phone call, their office representative, Gia, makes it all happen effortlessly. She is delightful, warm and a true professional. Most importantly, they are reasonably affordable and informative. You can be sure that my husband and I are loyal fans of B&B Cool Air and will highly recommend them. Very satisfied with the two systems they just installed for me. Everyone involved from sales to installation were professional and friendly. I shopped around for prices and what they offered couldn't be beat.

AC suddenly stopped working. Called B&B at 8am and they had someone out to me by 11am. Marcos Cruz was the tech that arrived. He diagnosed the problem in the first 10minutes he was here and had my whole system fixed and running cool within 30minutes. He was very polite and respectful of property and explained everything he was doing. Very professional and highly knowledgeable of his craft. Great experience all around, and I'll definitely be calling them again for any other AC related issues in the future. I also don't want to forget to mention that their rates were very reasonable on my wallet.

After carefully reviewing others experiences, I decided to give B&B a chance. From the start, the customer service I received from Ty was exceptional. They kept me informed on the ac unit installation process. On the day of, I got the pleasure of having Garrett & Marcos do the installation. Their work ethic is top tier and was very professional and respectful of my home. Garrett gave me the “more work, less talking” vibes😂But he did answer a few questions that I had and did an outstanding job on the inside unit. Marcos is friendly, quite a character and someone you’d want around on a bad day. He even went the extra mile to change out my filter and fix my air vent that was hanging on for dear life. These guys arrived on time, got the job done and was out by noon so they didn’t come to play.😂I highly recommend Marcos & Garrett for unit installation. The customer service and technicians that serviced my AC unit were both great. They were on time, knowledgeable and listened to the issue that I described and talked through what they were going to do. I was well informed every step of the way.
