I never done this before but after experiencing such of a great service from Best Quality Heating and Cooling of SWFL , it is imperative that I shared my concerns . My family and I just get a new system put up and I can tell you the process was so easy and precise there were no hidden fees no gimmicks , I lived here for 13 years and I never dealt with such of a great team as those guys , everything went smooth with no problems , I had the privilege to work with " Makenson Pierre , Matthieu , Tony " those guys were sent from heaven I really appreciate what they've done for us at first we didn't think that we could afford the system but Makenson came to me several times and explain the process and after listening to him we feels like that's the right time to change it and that was the best choice ever , I know it's not easy to fine a good and honest company but I can guarantee you that "Best Quality Heating and Cooling of SWFL "is the best in town Go ahead give them a try and you won't regret take it from me .

I called at 2:30 he was here at 3:00 and fixed and gone by 4:00 on one of the hottest days of the year. I'm lucky, they are only 5 minutes from my house. According to AccuWeather it was 98 degrees with a feels like of 125 degrees. The technician was very pleasant to work with and I signed a service contract to have them come out every six months to check the unit. The price was what I expected to pay for the service and repair.

Quick response! Joshua was so professional and got our system fixed up in no time! Turned out we needed a good cleaning, filter in the housing, and a fan adjustment. We loved the service so much we signed up with them for our annual maintenance for the next two years (and it was a bargain!!).

Best Quality heating and cooling offers excellent service at a fair price. They arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done and left everything clean. They also installed new filter and grate at no additional cost which was not in the quote.

I have had problems with my A/C unit for months back and forth. But once i’ve contacted and recieved service from Best Quality Heating and Cooling of SW FL, I haven’t experienced any difficutilies with my home conditioning. In many cases, I would always have a hard time finding a company that were manageable, efficient, and swayable with their prices. But these guys really came out, and provided each thing. My A/C would constantly stop working, making fresh air unable to come through the vents in each room of my home. Ever since this company came out and gave it a look, I knew they were on the right route once the technician was very straight forward on what we truly needed to repair the problem. Very honest, and that’s what benefited me the most.

I have used this company for my AC service and they are knowledgeable and great. However. My unit went out at night and I called them and got connected with Makenson. He was fantastic. Walked me through how to fix my unit and was extremely helpful. This sort of service is what will make me a loyal lifetime customer.

The technician was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable. I called to get a quote for a new system but the technician checked the system and said he could repair it and that I did not need a new system at this time. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with Best Quality Heating and Cooling.

These guys are great. This was our first experience with an honest company from the beginning. The technician that initially showed up to assess what needed to be done was very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He made honest and sensible recommendations which visibly needed to be done, but also let us know we did not have to do. We weren’t sure about going ahead with certain work, but after the best price for what was done compared to other estimates, we would have been foolish not to. The professionalism, honesty, and great price would have sold me, but they went above and beyond when they showed up to do the installation. They worked hard until late in the night to make sure we had air before they left for the night. We could not be happier with this company from start to finish. Call this company, you will not be disappointed.

I have an amazing experience with Best Quality Air Conditioning. My AC system was down. The technician came to my house on time, and he gave me a free assessment of the problem. The technician explained to me everything he was doing to fix the issue. My AC problem was fixed and it cost me less money that I would have spent if I had hired a different company.

Makenson did a great job fixing our air conditioner. He explained what was wrong and did not try to sell us other services that we did not need. We were impressed when he left the area cleaner than it was when he came.

What a fantastic company. Over the past several years we struggled with our A/C unit which is not the newest. Being the owner of a small Restaurant, it is fundamental to have the A/C work properly. Everyone who serviced our unit, told me it can not be fixed anymore. We should invest about $20K to get a new one.
Mark and Winfried, two technicians of Best Quality A/C got recommended to me to have a look for a second opinion. After they inspected the unit, they gave me a solution to our problem and fixed it with in one Day, for a fraction of the cost.
