RJ has returned after a few seasons of another company. He and his colleague are knowledgeable, professional and total gentlemen. They explain thoroughly, listen intently and check everything. Also cheerful, friendly and fair. I’m very confident in Climac and trust RJ with every inch of our properties.

My first time using this company…..they are very knowledgeable and seem to be an honest business….my quote was almost $1,000 less than a quote from another company for the exact same product…..this was for a pool heater….also received a 3 year labor and 10 year parts warranty…so far I’m very happy with them!

Excellent customer service . Every time the AC is serviced all of my questions are answered in full . The service techs take their time making sure everything gets done correctly and thoroughly . Very happy with the service they provide.

It started last year, our a-coil went out. RJ ordered the replacement under warranty and installed it a few days later. He recommended that we have the system serviced twice a year for one fair price, under $200.00. Just had the second service yesterday. They didn’t cut any corners. I have introduced Climac to several of my neighbors who are on the same plan and they are all happy.
