Wonderful experience!! They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. And they did it very well. They called back!!! You probably know how rare that is. But it was just the beginning of our excellent experience. Showed up on time and were clean and professional at every step. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Exceptional service! They were at my house within an hour when one of my AC units froze up. Service Tech was very knowledgeable, took his time and did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. When my second AC unit stated acting up a week later, they responded that same day even though it was 8pm! Again, problem fixed quickly! Highly recommended!

After getting a quote from another company, we decided to call Cool Air. They came in at half the price for the same job. Roland Finley was very knowledgeable about what we needed and was very helpful in getting the crew together in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cool Air.

Chris and his team did not push they were informative allowed me to do my reviews etc even attempted to install OUR Thermostat No cost ...ending up going with their thermostat ...it worked ...lol....team were very friendly and did great work very clean ! Their price was fair ...they are not the cheapest but not the Highest by a long shot.

We are very happy with our new air conditioning and the service that was provided to us. Our old air conditioner went out due to hurricane Irma and the service was excellent. Our new air conditioner is quite, and very energy efficient. We would definitely recommend Cool Air Pros to anyone needing service.

They even sent me a mail in rebate for the unit I purchased a week after it was installed. The installation was a breeze in and out the next day!!
