Technician showed up on time, analyzed the problem, and completed the repair quickly. He also gave instructions about regular maintenance so that the problem wouldn't recur in the future. No attempt to sell me something my system didn't need.

Billy Love did a great job and explained everything that he done and what system was like.

Kevin (and his father before him) does a great job for us. He always arrives on time or a bit early and works efficiently to get the job done. He is very personable and always a gentleman. Highly recommended.

Very good interaction with the installers. They communicated very well with us via phone calls before, during and after installation of a new air handler. They also sent pictures after installation was complete. This was very helpful since we were out of state at the time.

Billy is a great representative of cool RX. He did a great job showing me the issues with our system and with the options. Billy has been our service tech for our last two condos and he is my first choice for the new house. Very knowledgeable and a primary reason Cool RX is contracted to install a complete new system.

Kevin/Cool RX was referred to us after two other reputable HVAC companies came out and couldn't fix our unit. Amazing is an understatement. Kevin got our unit cooling within ten minutes of being here. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the field. Highly recommend.

A top of class organization - From scheduling, to the service, and follow-up. The Technician always explains what's being done and if anything needs attention. There's never over-selling of any products or services. I glad we have them for servicing our unit.
