Was great working with Coolair, Zak ran out to one of my properties at 930 Christmas Eve to give me an estimate and check what I needed done, I gave them a 4 point inspection report and they did everything I needed done plus to make sure my property could get sold, and the price was competitive but ultimately service wins out, I will be using the coolair team for my future projects and my personal home as well

Great service, techs were very polite. My a/c is running amazing. I currently have a PMSA contract with them and would recommend to anybody that needs their unit serviced!

Just wanted to take a moment and recognize Dalton, he works for Cool Air. Very hard working guy with high integrity. If you need anything AC related I’d highly suggest asking for Dalton!!

Lance and Kevin were outstanding. I had no ac and they came out quickly but there wasn’t a problem with the ac - it was an electrical problem that, as a gifted analyst, Lance spotted right away. Kevin is a very talented electrician and not only saw to it that I had ac but that my house was now safe. The price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have done it otherwise. Thanks guys. I really appreciate you.

The two gentlemen came on time very polite and courteous and help me set up the app for the new thermostat. They ask if i needed anything else and i said no.They clean up everything before they left.The new a/c is AWESOME!

Our most recent maintenance check performed by Troy went great. Very polite and ensured all our questions were answered. Everything still running great.

Conner and lance were very nice. They helped me to understand the mechanics of the unit and why I needed to replace the parts.

Conner came to my place to check out an AC issue I was having. He checked everything out, said it was nothing major, and did a few maintenance tasks which I was happy to hear! A true professional. I'll be continuing my business with Cool Air.

Zak and Harrison from CoolAir' Electrical Division, were awesome. Extremely thorough and made sure to address all my problems. We have a large job that will require another follow-up and I wouldn't ask for any other company to handle my issue with regards to my Air Conditioning, electric service and repair.

Experienced, knowledgeable Field Estimator, Roland, worked with me to make sure I received the right equipment to replace the hurricane damaged Heat Pump. He was able to give me pricing for a total rewire within hours. The installation HVAC technicians were outstanding as were the electricians who did the rewire. They left the site clean and their work was neatly and expertly installed.

Demetrius & Josh came out today to do my routine maintenance & were honestly the most respectful & kind service professionals that I have ever had do work here. They are truly wonderful.

Our water heater failed in the middle of the night. I called Coolair early the next morning and Kevin was on site within an hour. He and Zach replaced our broken heater with a tankless system installing the electric as well as the new system. I can't say enough about their professionalism, competence, and positive attitude. They picked up the unit I purchased, took photos for our insurance, and did a beautiful, neat install that reclaimed loads of space in our tiny utility closet. I highly recommend Coolair, and especially Kevin and Zach. Job WELL done!

I Had no idea Coolair did plumbing. One of the techs that were here for my air conditioning unit informed me. Their plumbing manager, Jim, gave me a call and they were able to help me out and fix my problem. Thank you Coolair for your promptness and professionalism.

Kevin McAleer recently assisted us with an ongoing ventilation issue. Even though it took a few visits to get to the bottom of it, he followed through, came out personally, and made sure everything was addressed. We appreciate his professionalism and the effort to resolve the problem.

Bought a new car GL home five years ago. During the summer months the AC unit would run 24 hours a day. Paid double for my electric bill compared to neighbors. I had the Builders AC Company along with other AC companies service the unit more times than I can count, all telling me the unit was working satisfactory. Melvin at Super Cool finally fixed five years of going through hell. Our house is cool, the unit actually reaches thermostat set point and shuts off. Google Nest shows power consumption is half. My experience with Super Cool was SUPER COOL! They were courteous, professional, and well worth the money.

Demetrius, the HVAC tech from cool air was awesome. He was very helpful, courteous and professional in diagnosing the problems with our AC system and coming up with a plan to repair and service. Cool Air and Demetrius were very prompt in providing same-day service. I will definitely be using them
