Our AC unit died on Friday, 4/28/2017.
We have older relatives visiting the hottest weekend of the season, so far.
I called Joe Carofano, of All Day Air but he doesn't work Cape Coral anymore and recommended Joe Corbett. It doesn't get any better'n a recommendation from a competitor. So, I didn't hesitate. I called Joe, he came within the hour, told us the patient was dead and gave us a bid. We did call for competitive quotes and he was right where he should have been with pricing and came highly recommended by a competing company.
Joe came on Saturday to prep the air handler area in the attic, remove all the old equipment for the new install on Monday.
He came on Monday as scheduled and promised, did the work in about 6-7 hours and I can only imagine how hot it was in the attic. But they 'Got 'er dun!'
Our family was comfortable, and we have a professionally installed Trane AC system, for a competitive price, but in record time.
What sets this company apart from all the others?
Customer Service, Quality of workmanship, commitment to excellence, word of honor.
Joe saw it, said it, did it...when he promised and like an artist. It's a beauty!
And it is stellar work, just picture perfect.

Corbett was our A/C company for over 12 plus years. Shortly after we moved two years ago, our A/C unit had to be replaced. The quotes from local A/C companies appeared high so we called Joe to get his thoughts on what he could do? Joe and his crew cleared their schedule and traveled to our new destination and installed a new unit the next day! A leak developed the other day and the local A/C company couldn’t find the leak and quoted an outrageous price to find/fix it. I immediately got in touch with Joe Corbett! Again Corbett A/C to the rescue! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER AND ABOVE ! Thank you Corbett A/C!

Our AC unit stopped on the fly last night. Vince called Joe Corbett and Kristie answered. Joe's been busy on a huge building job and Kristie wasn't sure but that she would schedule a service today between 1-3pm. Joe was here at 11am! Turns out it was just a minor matter that a regular service call would handle. A service call, by the way, that was covered by the initial new installation contract and was *F*R*E*E*. He was done in 45 minutes, the AC unit was purring like a kitten and we were cooling down in record speed.
Joe Corbett installed our new Trane a year ago.
He serviced it for free today.
Was early, not JUST on time, but EARLY by hours!
He said it, did it and all to his word and in record time.
And he remembered that he gave us a new thermostat to install last year. We hadn't yet. So he upgraded it to a more recent model and installed IT TOO!
I don't know about you, but seems like, to me, that the professionals up North take a whole lot more pride in their work. Not so and last year Joe and Kristie single handedly changed my mind about that!
I couldn't recommend this company more if I owned it myself. You need a new AC unit? Kick the rest to the curb and get the BEST...the first time around!

Great Company. Highly recommend for all A/C needs. This is the company to call hands down. They have on several occasions come to my rescue even immediately following a lightning storm which caused a small fire in my attic and now during a pandemic. I couldn't ask for better service or a more reasonable price. Call them you won't be disappointed.

We recently purchased a house and we’re having issues with the AC unit we called Corbett cooling and they were here the next day they diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue in less than a week considering we needed a larger unit for the size of our house. A very good price and very fast service. During one of the hottest summers we are having and a pandemic you couldn’t ask for more reliable service.If you’re looking for an AC company this is who you need to call! Highly recommended!

Our a/c quit working on a hot and muggy Sunday (of course). Stuff always breaks on the weekend and I wasn’t looking forward to paying a big emergency fee service call. I checked out some reviews and decided to try Corbett Cooling. I’ve used these big companies before with hundreds of (paid) reviews and I’ve always kicked them off of my property after they immediately suggest a new hvac. I wanted a local, hometown feel, one man band, family business type of repair man that wanted to actually fix the problem and help, instead of creating a non existent problem just for commission. I decided to call the Corbetts and it was all uphill from there. Mrs. Corbett answered the phone and immediately gave me some “do it yourself” remedies to try. After those didn’t work she said that her husband, the owner would be right over. I told her it could wait until Monday because I wasn’t interested in paying an emergency service charge. She laughed and said “we don’t do that”. Joe Corbett came out and found the problem immediately. He fixed the problem, cleaned the unit (yearly maintenance), and made some upgrades also!He also walked me through everything as he did it because I love to know how things work. When it was time to pay I cringed as I waited on the total. He then told me the total was $89 for the yearly maintenance/service charge! I couldn’t believe it. FINALLY an honest and dependable a/c repairman! I’ve found my forever a/c people! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Call Corbett Cooling!

Had an issue with my AC Krissy helped me fix the issue over the phone.. I had them come out and do the maintenance to the unit. So pleased with their service.. I highly recommend them

We called today because our house was getting up in temperature and we were worried our system wasn't working. They came on a Sunday and were very professional. It seemed to be a father and son maybe. I love seeing families working together in a business as we have a family business ourselves and many children. They made sure to check everything out twice before leaving and gave us advice to help our system run better. I appreciate an honest not pushy AC company. First time a company hasn't tried to push 20 different unnecessary services on me.

The absolute best in SW Florida! We have several rental properties and Corbett is always on point when it comes to quick service and diagnosis! They actually find long term solutions to simple problems rather than try to sell you a new system!

5 STARS for Corbett Cooling. I received a phone call from my house watch that my A/C was not working. Now I live in Upper Michigan so I remembered a neighbor last year praising the work done by Corbett Cooling. Now I had hoped that I would never need to call them but today was the day I had to call. Being a small business owner myself, there was nothing more assuring than talking to the owner of a company and not having to press 1 for customer service, press 2 if you have an account with us, etc. etc.. Nope - not with Corbett Cooling. Who answered the phone very pleasantly? Mrs. Corbett is who answered. I explained my situation and she told me she could have someone there in the morning. I told her that my neighbors spoke so highly of them but have a small problem. My house watch person just had cataract surgery and couldn't leave her house for 2 days to open our place but asked if she would stop by my house watch residence to pick up my key, to let themselves in and Mrs. Corbett made it happen. Yes - I had that much trust in Corbett Cooling, because of from my neighbors experience, to have them pick up my key and let themselves in. The very next day, I get a message that it is all fixed......Total charge - $89. I can't thank Krissy and her company enough. Lets face it - We are 1200 miles away and she could have said we needed a new unit and we would have had to pay for one. They were honest, quick and so easy to work with. This world needs more honest businesses like Corbett Cooling. They will be my go to and they will be who I refer to any of my friends needing heating or cooling work. On Friday, our aging cooling system decided to stop working. I called Corbett Cooling to see if they had time to troubleshoot the system. A few hours later, the system was cooling again. To avoid future issues, I asked for a quote to replace the system. Krissy prepared a very reasonable quote which I quickly approved. On Tuesday, the Corbett “father and sons” team arrived on time and installed a new Trane system. The Trane system is more energy efficient and much quieter than the original system. Joe and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, organized and tidy. I highly recommend Corbett Cooling for any repair, replacement, or installation that you may need.
