Dean was on time and very professional. He diagnosed and resolved my air conditioning problem quickly. He also took the time to do an overall checkup of my system. This was all done at a very reasonable price.

I hired Dean to purchase and install for 2 homes. They both were challenging projects as the homes are over 80 years old. Dean took his time to carefully review the homes to determine the best layout and recommended systems. He chose a Rudd 4 ton unit for one house and a split Trane 2.5 ton on the second home. He also figured out the best places for the duct work, returns and vents. Dean Fite's price was extremely reasonable for the quality and the amount of work he performed. He spent the time to explain everything in detail including the pros and cons of different units and the FPL rebates. felt that he was looking out for my best interests. His staff was on the job for 2 weeks and they were always courteous and cleaned up each day. I would certainly recommend them.

Dean Fite Air Conditioning is by far the best A/C company. Very much a family-owned business. My A/C unit died and Dean's daughter-in-law created an appointment out of thin air on a very busy Monday. Dean himself made the house call same day. He showed me the part that was causing the problem and replaced it for under $70. I signed on for the semi-annual maintenance program and was again pleasantly surprised at the low cost. You cannot beat their serviced! I highly recommond Dean Fite Air Conditioning.

Dean Fite Ac is the way to go. They come out to your house and solve all the problems ,calculating all your needs. Installation process was very swift with great communication. The manager Joe and his crew were amazing. The hard work his crew put in ,was above and beyond expectations . Very trustworthy, fair priced ,and excellent customer service. We have used Alex Fite and Dean Fite AC for several years and I have referred them to clients. Last week they installed a new system at our house. From start to finish their techs were courtesy, efficient, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure that they exceeded our expectations. Ultimately, we always feel like we can trust them and that means everything to us.

Our AC went out and we called Alex Fite Air Conditioning after doing quite a bit of research. They were willing to come out the same day (!) but we had to schedule for the next day and they showed up promptly in the morning. It took Corey about 5 mins to diagnose the problem and had everything working great shortly thereafter. The price was very reasonable too but I can't stress enough what a relief it was to find somebody who cares and is a true professional.

We found this business when we moved here from Arizona. We had bought flooring and the salesperson was awesome and her husband worked for Fite AC. We like this company because all the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, they are on time, prices are great, no hard sell contracts like the big companies and better service. We do have a yearly maintenance contract but it is super reasonable. They give the personal service lacking in a lot of businesses. Highly recommend.
