Called on Sunday around 4. Our HVAC died. They were here and had it fixed by 5:30. Did not expect that level of service! Won’t use anyone else. Thanks EPIC

We had a new AC by Epic Air and they were the best at communication, follow up and when I needed a new thermstat the serviceman was polite and made sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

We had a completely new A/C system installed by Epic A/C. They were very responsive, did a great job, and the price was right. We highly recommend this company.

Middle of the hot summer, and I had a leaking condenser coil in my old 4-ton R22 unit. He gave me a great deal on a new R410 split system and was able to cheaply patch my old one until the new one arrived. Art Lofton is like an air-conditioning god, I tell ya!

The name says it all. Epic AC was extremely professional. They addressed our problem ASAP. We were back up and running ice cold air. THANK YOU for taking care of us. Honesty & Integrity are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this company!!!

I have a residence in the area but live out of state. When I showed up on Memorial Day weekend, the AC stopped dead. In Florida, this means it's unliveable. I called and left a message. I was called back quickly and walked through getting it to run through a FaceTIme call. The technician was really patient with me and explained to me exactly what was going in, on a weekend and got me to get it running again.

There are a lot of people I know who have trouble finding help with this in the area. I recommend Epic to all of them. This was an easy five star rating.

Rob came out the same day we called and very efficiently fixed our AC. We're so pleased with the service he provided, and the price point was best in town!

Service technicians on both days of service came on time or earlier. They both were courteous and got the work done early. Very happy with their professionalism and friendly service.

Air conditioning stoped working on a Thursday night. Called a few A/C companies for prices and options. Art from Epic Air was there the next morning. After reviewing our options we decided to go with a new system. No high pressure sales tactics to replace system. He gave us a fair, all inclusive price; no gimmicks or add ons. We had to leave to go out of state for some business for several weeks on Monday morning. That was not a problem; as Art showed up with his crew on Saturday morning and entire job was done by that afternoon. (On Friday,I figured we would sweat it out for one more day. Without us even asking Art came back Friday afternoon and recharged the old system so that we got a cool nights sleep before he put in the new system on Saturday). We will be using Epic Air for our future A/C needs, and recommending them to our friends.

Had my air conditioning system put in within a day. Art the owner is courteous, professional and does the job right. He answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him for your A/C needs. John Smith is not my real name but I am a real customer.

5/1/2020 I'm a single Mom with a young child... My 14 yr old AC system totally died (no fixing). I called several companies & received outrageous quotes. Called EPIC Air, the owner was at my home almost immediately. EPIC Air had to deal with my warranty people MANY MANY times, phone calls, emails, quotes, etc. If it were me, I probably would have told "me" to take my business elsewhere. At any rate EPIC hung in there until EVERYTHING was approved & installed a brand new unit. EPIC also took the time to answer the many questions I had.

Flash Forward to 9/24/2020... My AC for some reason stopped working today. I called EPIC, they were at my home with in 1.5 hours. Who does that especially, during the hot months when they are so very busy??? EPIC DID, diagnosed the problem, a new thermostat was needed. They DID NOT have a thermostat on the truck. So, they immediately called another Tech who did have a thermostat on his truck. He came to my home within an hour. Had the new thermostat installed & we're up & running.

"Thank You" EPIC Air, your customer service is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! Something you rarely see in todays world... The Owner is an expert in his field and genuinely a nice man to work with too. I highly recommend him & his company!

If you haven't utilized Epic Air's service, you're definitely missing out. Forget about the large commercial companies who have a ton of overhead and leave the burden on the customer to pay. Art was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and best of all reasonable. After he cleared out my drain line with pressurized air (very effective vs chemicals), I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan. I would highly recommend Epic Air Conditioning!

Our A/C unit went on the fritz today so I put in a home warranty service request and the job was given to Epic Air Conditioning. Rob was our service tech and what a nice guy. Professional. Responsive. Punctual. He came in and did his magic on our unit and from a very warm 83 degree house this afternoon, it quickly cooled down to a nice and comfortable 75 degrees. Thank you, Rob! We will definitely do biz with you again! #Awesomeness

Needed to replace our a/c system, in the summer in Florida! Art & crew were great, explaining everything...including coming back to work on an external pipe that they fixed rather than having to replace for $600+. And Trish in office was always helpful and pleasant! Have already recommended to a friend!

I have been a customer with Epic for about 9 months and think they are great. I have two properties that are covered by annual maintenance agreements, and they have done upgrades to a system that the original installer should have figured out. Their prices are fair. I highly recommend them!

When they say "We care about you and your satisfaction.... We will treat your family like our own." They really mean they will treat you like family. Art was honest, he said he would keep my A/C running or help me get a new one but it was my choice. I called him on Tuesday evening, he was here first thing Wednesday morning. My wife was pregnant and hot home would bother her. He did what he could to get here fast. He was in no way pushy like other A/C companies I have dealt with. I would recommend Art and Epic Air Conditioning for any A/C job. Very competitive! Great guy!

Epic air is the absolute BEST!! Art is honest, caring and reliable. We recommend Epic air to everyone. We called about the air not working and Epic came immediately. We had the unit replaced and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be and the work is top notch.

We were searching for someone reliable to replace our air conditioning unit. We searched the internet reviews for a competent service company. Epic Air was consistently highly recommended by many of the customers that were served. Actually, it was recommend highly in every review I read. After meeting Art (owner) who appeared promptly at our home, it was easy to understand why he had so many happy customers. It is not often that one finds a service company as excellent as this one. In addition to showing up when he said he would, he did a thorough assessment and gave us multiple options to resolve our dilemma. He worked with us to find a way to cover the costs even though it was not a method that he had previously used in his business. It is rare to find someone willing to "go the extra mile". Had he not been willing to work with us to find a financial solution, we would probably have had to do without a reliable system for quite awhile. He uses the acronym: E - Excellence, P- Pride, I- Integrity and C - Caring and lives up to it! It is not often that a service company takes such pride in insuring the excellence of their products and service as well as having concern for a customer's needs and situation.
