HomePros is just exceptional. Post Hurricane Ian when many other companies didn't even return calls, they answered their phone and came out same day to assess our AC units. They then travelled a good distance to get the units we needed, and expertly installed them within two weeks. Incredible. And along the way, they were professional, fairly priced,, responsive, had great communication, and just plain nice people. Clearly we would highly recommend!

Just had to call again - at 6 pm the night before we were heading north... leave it to Tyler to answer AND come at 8 pm to make sure we could leave with peace of mind that our AC was working properly. Just cannot imagine better service, ever!

Feb. 2024 - Junior just handled our maintenance.... he was terrific - professional, thorough, and a pleasure to have in our home. EVERYONE here has been great, whether for scheduling, issues, maintenance, or questions. Incredible team!

Highly recommend Home Pro's. They are fast, efficient and do a great job. We are. in the middle of recovering from hurricane Milton right now. They're being stretched really thin. I called because we had an issue with the AC starting after getting power restored and they were here within an hour and a half coming all the way from Naples, Florida. Amazing just amazing. We thank you very much. I highly recommend this company.

We could not be happier with our experience with HomePros Cooling & Heating. Adrian and his coworker were so professional and helpful. We had some damage that required a coordination of services with someone to replace our water heater and air handler, so they worked together to make sure everything was completed in one day. They were very knowledgeable in the installation process of the air handler unit and outside unit. I really appreciated that they took the time to reassure us on questions we had about the process. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Update—3/27/2025
We just had Junior (service tech) come to our home for an annual cleaning. He serviced the heating and air and was extremely thorough . He took the time to explain what he was doing, and how the units were functioning. I highly recommend Junior and will be asking for him again for my cleaning in the future.

Excellent service from the whole crew. Thought we just needed duct cleaning but turned out we needed everything replaced in an older condo and they were so quick to get it scheduled and completed for us. The crews are incredibly polite and so easy to work with. Highly recommend them for any cooling and heating job. And this is the third installation they've done for us and we've always been pleased!

I called HomePros because my dad's AC went down. I called into the office and spoke with Alex around 10:30 am and he was super helpful! By 2:30pm that day my dad called me saying the work was completed, the technician was knowledgeable and professional, and the house was already cooling down. The price was more than fair too! Glad I called them, they really came through for my folks!

Update on 7/2/2025: I had to have HomePros Cooling and Heating come out last night and this morning to fix something that was under my warranty with the ac unit. Again, always a pleasure working with them. Miguel was quick to come out last night and assess the situation...quick to find the problem..and then this morning Alex was on the ball calling me at 830am letting me know he was picking up the part and Adrian was coming out to install it. When Adrian got here, he was very efficient and even let me watch him put it back together. I started asking questions about maintenance and I signed up for the year contract so I don't forget to keep up with it. Thank you guys so much!!! Your whole team is phenomenal. 💯💯💯

11 months ago: I will definitely use HomePros Cooling and Heating again!! From the beginning they have been an amazing company..from the receptionist answering the phone and helping me..to the tech coming out and working on our AC. They did a great job..the tech Junior explained everything he would be doing..answered any questions we asked...gave a full detailed invoice that showed everything that was done as well. They said the time to come would be between 9am-11am...and Junior was here right after 9am and it took almost an hour and a half to get everything done on the AC. Thank you Alex and Tyler...your company has been awesome and I will be using you guys from now on for any issues we have!

Home pros did excellent worker replacing our HVAC system and have done a nice job with follow up and we signed up for their semi annual maintenance plan as well. Highly recommend.

We had a 15+ year old unit that was starting to leak coolant and definitely living on borrowed time. We got 3 separate quotes, Home Pros was the highest by a few hundred $ but what sold us was Alex and the 10 year labor warranty which would have cost us $1K at the other two companies. With that cost included HomePros became the best quote. Great install work with good supervision. Would highly recommend.

Thermostat programming. The thermostat was out of whack causing my system to run continuously. No idea how it happened but they came out within 24 hours and straightened it out quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with HomePros! They were on time, kept me well-informed, and showed true professionalism throughout the entire process. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and offered great prices. They did a fabulous job, and I am grateful for their prompt work—having reliable A/C here in Florida is essential. The team at HomePros were amazing. Our system broke and our normal AC company said it was going to take a month to fix it. The HomePros came in for a second opinion and got it right back up and running without waiting for a month. Kind of crazy actually. I would definitely recommend them for good, honest, and quick work.

Always great service. We have an old unit that we have been nursing in its final years and Home Pros has always been available within hours of calling them. They have always been fair in their pricing and not trying to nickel and dime us for every cent. They have been honest with me saying the unit is nearly past it's expiration date but also working with me to stretch it as far as we can go. I highly recommend.

Called in morning, had tech here within same day. Very good customer service. Explained everything clearly & understandably.

Tyler and his team are fantastic. Very fast to emergency response. We purchased a new place and on a day we were moving in with our little twins, the AC unit had an error. (80 degrees inside the house :/) Adrian arrived very quickly to make necessary repairs. ( Great, Friendly guy ) My wife, kiddos and I are happy customers.
