Truck 2302 tailgating for no reason

My home warranty company used Lead Mechanical Services for completing a repair on my HVAC unit which was completed a month after the initial request was submitted. On the first repair, the technician said the job was completed because the unit was running, but it only took the temperature to 85. Although the work was finally completed over a week later on the second visit at the end of July, the technician stated he had not been returning calls to set a date for repairs because it was not a priority request despite the warranty company listing it as a medical emergency. He asked for a bottle of wine once the repair was completed and said I had promised it on the previous visit (perhaps confusing me with a different customer), but the entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional.
