Bryan Meyers was my service tech. Was on time. Knocked on the door told me who he was and why he was here. Showed me his credentials and handed me his card after confirming who I was. Very pleasant asked me what my problem was listen attentively as I walk him to the unit outside. He informed me of how his company works and how they bill you. I gave him the go-ahead to start troubleshooting the problem. I don't think it took him 15 minutes and he had pretty much narrowed it down and had me back up and running. I had another service company out prior who wanted to charge me 1700 dollars to replace a conderser fan motor and basically tried to sell me a new unit for 13000 dollars. I'm so glad I called next air. They are my go to AC company going forward

Last week in the middle of the night I was awoken because my house was so hot. The next day I called Next Plumbing and Air and they sent out Brian and Max. Within the hour they arrived and found the issue. They gave me an up front price and they had my house cooling down before I knew it. Thanx guys!!!!

Nick from Next Air was out today and very quickly diagnosed our hvac system and got us up and running today. Repair was quoted and price was agreed upon before beginning work so I knew what I was getting into before any work was performed. GREAT JOB NICK.
