Tim came out to troubleshoot and took pictures inside of the unit so we could see what was going on. He took a lot of his time to fully explain what was going on and what the options were to take care of the issues. We worked out a fair price and he had an entire new system installed within 24 hours, plus all of our duct work cleaned, etc. The installation crew took time during the install to show us what was happening, what they were doing, why, etc. Full disclosure the entire time. Very impressed with Tim and One Way Air and staff! I will use them again. The promised to come out every 6 months for the next two years to check the system out and gave us a 10 year warranty.

We changed out our second floor air conditioner which was no small job, the house is complicated, they had to crane the unit to the roof and the driver was highly skilled and amazing. Our install team of Trey and Eric were also amazing, again, complicated install, they had to remove the old in pieces and install the new one the same way. It was a long project and they never showed anything but professionalism. They took great care of our home in the process and I felt the price was a value. Many thanks to the team.

Drew was great when doing the checklist for maintenance on my 4plex. Was very thorough with my report at the end of the job for any warnings and failures. Was very good worker.

Tim checked my AC unit promptly, both inside and out. He explained everything clearly, recommended what needs to be done on the next visit, and even gave me a few valuable coupons. Great experience! Showed up the same day I called, the next day they had a new HVAC unit ready and installed it right away on the heavy rain. Unit works great.

One Way Air put a new AC system in my home in April and today performed the first maintenance that was included with the system. The technician, Drew, was very professional, and I would highly recommend.

Great explanation on what was required to fix our HVAC unit. Then service technician Tim gave me all prices upfront and his store manager gave us discounts to lower costs. Coming back tomorrow with required electrical supplies needed to get complete work.

1-way air was recommended to me & they didn’t disappoint- Diego came out earlier than appt because he knew my air was out & its hot as heck Fla in July. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly. I was delighted to have my air running again. I was so pleased I immediately signed up for the maintenance program to hopefully prevent any future issues. I highly recommend you give them a try. My overheating pup was grateful also!!
