My experience with Penguin Air has been very good. I've been using them now for 6 years. I've always called for Gus the technician to come over. When I feel comfortable and trust someone, I'm a stick and stayed. I don't feel like he's over selling anything I don't need. Being a tradesmen my self, I know qualified people when I see them. You can count on qualified technician when you call PenGuin Air.

Had new AC system installed. Glen and Evan did an excellent job installing It and answering all our many guestions. Very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Did a good clean up job when done! Can’t forget Steve and all his help. Had it done in less than a day. Thanks for a great job!

I have been working with Penguin Air - Stephen for many years. As a property manager I have called numerous times and always had the A/C problem solved very quickly, regardless if it is a weekday or a Sunday night. Penguin Air is a great company to deal with. Technicians Ethan and Marcello are very polite and professional and always on time. I can highly recommend Penguin Air, Stephen, Ethan and Marcello.

My system had been struggling to keep my home at 80 degrees during the day, so after doing my research online, I decided to call Penguin Air. A technician was at my home in about 90 minutes. Marchelo was friendly and explained the system was leaking refrigerant. Steve from the office explain my options for repair and compared to new system so I could decide. Being the system was 14 years old and may need more repairs, I decided to replace with new TRAIN system with warranty. Everything was measures and the new system was scheduled for the next day.
Two technicians showed up the next morning as promised, they were friendly and polite and did a great job. They took the time to clean everything before leaving and showed me how the thermostat works.
Now my home is cool again.

The new air-conditioning unit is perfect! Gus came out quickly late on a Friday night to give us an estimate which was very fair. Wally and Luis were on the installation job promptly Monday morning with all permits in their possession. They worked tirelessly through lunch and got the unit installed that very day before 5! I have been checking my energy dashboard and am so happy to note that the usage is drastically reduced meaning the new system should more than pay for itself in a few years. I highly recommend this organization and these people for all of your cooling needs. After the installation, Gus followed up a number of times, checking to ensure the unit was performing up to our standards and assuring that we were totally satisfied.

We could not be more happy with Gus and his wonderful crew!! My first experience with them was at my work when one of our units went down and our usual A/C company could not work us into their schedule. We contacted Gus (from a recommendation) and he promptly showed up, replaced the unit and had us up and running. A week later my home unit went out. The company that we had a maintenance agreement with could not get us taken care of for a week, so we contacted Gus, he was at our home within 2 hours, evaluated and scheduled a complete replacement the next day. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing and cleaned everything up before they left. Gus gave us a follow up call in the evening to make sure everything was OK, and another follow up call the next morning to see if we had any questions. THAT is the customer service that every company needs to follow. I would recommend them without any hesitation - thank you Penguin Air!!

Penguin Air has serviced our AC for the last 2 years and we have been very happy with the technician and the service. We are "snowbirds" and yesterday afternoon I receiver a call at 12:30 pm from our house-watch person saying that the AC was not cooling the house. She called Penguin Air for us and at 3:30 I received an email that a tech Air had been to the house and solved the AC problem. At 6 pm, I received a call from Steve at Penguin Air explaining the problem and how it was solved. I cannot say enough good things about their service and rapid response.

I contacted Penguin Air due to a potential mold issue I was having. I initially had the pleasure of speaking with Erica, who clearly was concerned for me. She set up an appointment for the following day.

Gus, who explained that he was a certified HVAC technician arrived on time, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the mold issue and informed me of the seriously of the issue, provided me with a detailed description of the problem and how to resolve it. He performed diagnostic testing and showed me the results of his findings. He gave me his cell phone number to contact with any questions and informed me to call if I needed any further advise.

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Penguin Air and I will use them for all future A/C issue I have in the future.

I am currently renting a condo, but plan to use Penguin Air when I move to inspect the A/C Unit in my next condo/house. Even though the mold situation is awful, Gus made things palatable! Thanks, Gus!

Called Penguin Air on a Friday aboit 3:30-4:00. The lady told us to give them about 2 hours and a tech would be out, Gus was here within an hour of my call. Gus was very friendly and professional the entire time he was here. He seemed genuinely concerned about the needs of our family and gave us a full detail of what was needed and why. He answered all of our questions with sincere answers and was very patient with our concerns. Great experience!

Called Penguin Air after my wife called me around 6pm notifying of AC not working @ our home.
Girl on phone @ Penguin was very polite and helpful and said she could have someone @ my home within a couple hours.
Within 45 minutes received a call from someone saying they were on their way.
In less than 1 hour from time I called, Anton was @ my front door.
Anton was very courteous, informative and put my wife @ ease.

Steve and Nate were awesome! Steve was helping me find the correct unit to fit in my condo, Friday night and then again on Saturday. His efforts lead to a Wednesday install. Nate was great during the install. He showed me some tips on how the new unit works and improved the setup from the old unit. Going to keep using this company for the future. Thanks guys!

Out of the blue we suddenly realized on a Friday night that our AC was not emitting cool air! We called Penguin Air and two other well-known AC companies in our area, but Penguin Air was the most accommodating and quickest to be responsive to our needs and concerns, not to mention more affordable and flexible with payment. Thanks to Cale Lenhart we had a new, and WORKING, AC Unit for our home within less than 24 hours of our initial call! The technicians who installed the new unit were quick, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We are so happy and grateful they all came to our aid!

So I’ve been going to a competitor of theirs for 7 years, this was my first interaction with them, Nathan and Glen were amazing. In the 8.5 years I’ve lived at my house my ac never worked this well. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. They were totally respectful, kind, and actually resolved the issue. Way to go!!! Thank you again 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Have always been prompt, reliable, professional, and gets the job done. Marcello has been the tech who has worked on my ac each time. He takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and what I need to do also to keep a/c running most efficiently.

As I was preparing to head back north for the summer, I discovered that my air conditioner was on its last legs. After discussing all the options with Gus, I decided getting a new unit was my best option. Gus was able to rearrange the schedule of various text to get the job done in a little over 24 hours at a fair price. I highly recommend Penguin air for their professionalism and courtesy!

Great, fast service the same day I called (after power restored following Hurricane Ian). I am extremely impressed with the service provided to me by this company (I had never used them before - but will definitely again). We used Penguin Air to work on our condo in Fort Myers and started out with a bad experience with tech Mike A. who didn't finish the job. I demanded to work with a tech who understood customer service and they assigned Gus to me. He is definitely the best tech for customer service and technical knowledge. He explained everything in detail and took me through the process step by step. I highly recommend Penguin Air if Gus is your guy. They are my new A/C specialists. Duke

My house was hit by lightning and destroyed my AC unit. I research and study everything before making big purchases, like a new AC unit, and met with nine (9), yes NINE, air conditioning companies at my home in South Fort Myers for quotes. Many had good reviews online or were large established AC companies, but one company stood out above all others, Penguin Air. Gus, their Sales Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and took his time explaining everything to me in terms I could easily understand. Gus was the only salesman out of nine to properly diagnose that the existing duct work in my home was insufficient for the existing and future unit, and that this would be corrected for free with the install. Gus was also the only salesman that did not attempt to sell me options I did not need, and even talked me out of several options that I thought I needed. In the end, I was provided with a quote that put the competition to shame and included an air conditioning unit that was superior to all others quoted. I made my decision to go with Penguin in the late afternoon hours of a Thursday and Gus was still able to arrange a next day installation of the new unit. No other company was able to do this. This was a relief since my home was 88 degrees inside and sleep was impossible.

The installers, Wally and Lewis, arrived early the next morning as arranged and were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They removed their shoes before entering my home, took their time, and the installation was beautiful. They corrected the air flow issue with the correct size duct work, and installed two new returns in my kid’s bedrooms at my request. Wally’s expertise in duct work was exemplary and the finished product appeared as if it had been installed when the home was built. Gus followed up with me immediately after the installation to ensure that I was satisfied and made sure that I knew they were there for me should I have issues or need anything in the future. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Penguin and highly recommend them above all others.
