Very knowledgeable and dependable service. We used Pure Air from the previous owner and had someone give us a service from another company that said we had numerous problems. It sounded fishy and we called Pure Air who checked our system and we were fine that we didn’t have to spend lots of money to “fix our system “.
Seven years later we went with Pure Air to replace our system since it was over 11 years old and everyone in my neighborhood had already replaced theirs before we had major problems.

When my air conditioning stopped working after a recent storm I contacted Pure Air fully expecting to wait a few days for service because I imagined they would be getting a lot of similar requests for service. However, they answered my call immediately, sent a repairman out that same day, and restored my air conditioner. I was extremely surprised and elated. Thank you Pure Air.

My first routine maintenance call with Pure-Air was a continuation of the professionalism I experienced when our new system was installed this past summer. The quality of support matches the quality of the unit we purchased. The service rep was professional and efficient. He communicated well . The more experience I have with Pure Air the more confident I am in my decision to use them as my HVAC company.

We switched to Pure Air two years ago and they have done an excellent job with the maintenance of our HVAC system. Additionally, we had them make a couple of repairs that required parts to be ordered. They received the parts timely as promised came out the next day to make the repairs. Pure Air has been our “go to” AC service for years. This service has been outstanding and their techs have always been professional, informative, friendly and prompt! Blaine was out latest technician who serviced our AC system and was very helpful pointing out some summertime tips on the AC unit. It was another highly satisfactory service call.

Pure Air did a fantastic job fixing our system. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed a wiring issue from a previous installer. The previous installer was trying to sell us a $1000 repair; Pure Air came in and resolved the issue in under 15 minutes. Fantastic and the honesty is refreshing.

Pure Air came to my house with an estimate on a Tuesday and installed the very next day. The techs were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all my questions about the new unit and service. So far, all communications with the company have been great. Highly recommended so far.

Pure Air has the maintenance contract on my air conditioning system. The recent service was meticulous as usual, the service technician changed the filter, checked the entire unit, added fluid that would prevent any clogging and then cleaned up the outside unit as well. They are always on time, thorough, polite, reliable and competitively priced. Strongly recommended

I used Pure Air for the 1st time back in September during an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. I returned to Florida to find my condo in excess of 90 degrees, I contacted Pure Air, they sent a technician out and repairs were completed. Excellent service from a company I had never done business with. I now have a service contract with the and the service that was recently performed by Rizzowas great. He arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. I am hooked on Pure Air.

Our AC stopped running due to water drain blockage and we contacted Pure Air Conditioning and they were the first to respond early in the morning. Due to the urgency, they were able to get us an early time slot on the same day! The technician came and did all the tests and cleaned out the drain and AC started to work again! Their price is very reasonable compared to some other companies in the area the we contacted, we highly recommend Pure Air Conditioning for their great and prompt service!

We have been using Pure Air for the past 3 years since we purchased this residence, They also had been maintaining them for the previous owner for 10 years. They maintain Our three units, We do have a service contract on all of them. When we've had a issue they are always quick to respond and resolve the issue. When a part needs to be ordered, it always comes in, in a timely fashion without causing to much grief!!! and the repair is made. Our yearly was yesterday and Our Techs Blaine and Bryan, (I am hesitant to give you their names, as if they get to requested they won't be available for me!!!!) arrived right on time, serviced all 3 units, and as always Blaine explained what they were doing and if there were any issues found, what the course of action would be. They are always very courteous of our home and our property. Office staff is also very responsive to calls when we've had an issue. I would highly recommend Pure Air to My Friends and Family. Pure Air Conditioning Co. is very reliable. I have been dealing with them for over six years now. Maintenance person always arrives during the appointment time. Receiving a text message that he is on his way is a very nice touch that we appreciate. He is always polite and knowledgeable. After our service call is finished he cleans any area that may need attention. We highly recommend them.

Pure Air did a great job as always last week at my scheduled appointment.
They arrived on time, finished promptly, worked neatly with no mess, were friendly and even left a fresh sent on the filter which made my condo smell beautiful.

I recently had my maintenance visit from Pure Air and as usual, it was a wonderful experience. Mike was the technician and arrived promptly during the time period given to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had all the information on previous visits on hand. He cleaned and checked the system and found everything was working properly and would not need anything additional done.
