This company has been a tad slow to call back. But their knowledge balances that where you don't mind. They have rescued me from some other companies that ignore the simple things that will cost thousands later.

The techs at Purified Air are always prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. We've been very satisfied with their service for over 10 years.

Lana at Purified Air Conditioning is awesome. Great customer service. She is efficient and prompt in answering questions and providing important information. Overall, I highly recommend Purified Air Conditioning for your new HVAC.

Great company, lovely customer service. All the ladies that answer the phones on the first ring, thank you. They are also very helpful, just breath of fresh air when it comes to a great experience with AC company. Our technician Roger helped us several times when we had issues with our AC unit. Roger is super hard worker, very conscientious, great guy and also knows his AC business. We are always very grateful that we found this wonderful company. Keep up the great job that you are doing!

Our a/c unit, in the crazy Florida heat, stopped working. Purified Air promptly came to our assistance. The professional service from Billy was second to none. He got our unit back up and running in no time and went above and beyond. Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend Purified Air!

We are snowbirds that split time between Pittsburgh and Ft Myers. Lana and the office staff and each technician we have interacted with have been awesome to work with. Knowing that they are always there for us 24x7 is so reassuring! If we could rate higher than 5 stars we would!

Jason arrived and was communicative. Some condo owner decided or didn’t know he buried the drain on the outside. I was upset but Jason helped me locate the drain and vacuum the line because it was under ground. Thank you so much

Purified Air is 5 star for sure. From the service technician who performed the initial inspection was knowledgeable and professional and explained what he was doing and what the results of his inspection and test meant in regards to my A/C unit. The price for my quote to replace my unit was fair and they honored the price 6 months later even after hurricane Ian when unit prices went up. The crew who installed the unit were personable, clean and explained the process as well. The office staff and the owners were very accommodating, patient and scheduled the install as soon as possible. I recommend this company to anyone for service and installation.

I have been using Purified Air for 8 years. First, with my condo and now my house. I had a 2nd AC installed this week at my house. A 2-ton unit to cover the back of my house and split my duct work. Amazing difference. Both units are really blowing the air now. Jonathan and Ryan were my installers and were on site for 10 hours and did an amazing installed. These two young men busted their tails all day long and finished the job in one long day. They were very conscientious and respectful of my property. Just can't say enough about the staff and service provided by Purified Air. Always responsive and the quality of work is refreshing.

Tonya and Amanda went way above and beyond all expectations to assist my daughter and I in getting our AC working in 97 degree heat! They worked to save us a great deal of suffering and money! They are our forever AC company! Not only are they honest but they actually care about every life they touch: a rarity these days.

I love the responsiveness and communication from Purified.They were out promptly, diagnosed the problem and came back and addressed my a/c issue within 24 hours. Staff are very solution focused. Highly recommended.

Purified Air customer service representatives are always friendly and professional when I call for service. The companies service representatives have also always been professional, friendly, and honest. Today I had an air conditioning breakdown, and I am out of town. The customer service representative coordinated with my neighbour/friend/house watch so the service technician would have access to my home. Danny C was dispatched and kept me informed via telephone on the condition and what had to be done to diagnosis, and fix my system. Danny was professional and friendly, and happily answered any questions I had regarding the system. System is up and running again!
I have had Purified Air from many years, and I highly recommend them for routine maintenance and for repair issues.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! You will not find a nicer guy with more experience than Fernando (and his son). I’ve used several HVAC companies here in SWFL and most are a bunch of thieves and scammers selling you things you don’t need, charging crazy prices often causing more issues than fixes, just plane horrible service! These guys are straight shooters, they will educate you not sell you and do only what is necessary get you up and running. They respond immediately and give you updates on their arrival so you aren’t just waiting around for half the day or more like many other companies. If I could give 10stars I would! Don’t bother looking anywhere else, call them, you’ll be so happy you did!

Newbie to condo life and only part time so when my condo watcher let me know that my thermostat was not working, I panicked. I am in KC and my condo is in FL! however, I called Purified. His number is on the AC unit & Condo watcher texted it to me and, lo and behold, there was a service person in our complex as I spoke on the phone with the office. Problem was taken care of within a couple of hours! I’m extremely pleased with the level of service and how quickly it was resolved; would recommend this company 100%.

Very professional company 👏 I had a new Trane XV18 system installed about two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The installation crew was respectful, kept everything neat and clean, and left no mess behind—almost like they were never here. The new system runs quietly and efficiently, and I’m really glad I chose Purified Air. Definitely recommend these guys 👌
