Excellent Service from Rapid Response from repairing our 20 year old AC unit for years, to a full blown replacement.
We called on a Sunday, left a message and before we could hang up the owner, Mr Stowell was calling us right back. Once a year our ancient AC unit needed to be repaired… from a burned up cord to a small cylindrical metal power thing needing to be replaced. After a detailed diagnostic discussion about what’s wrong this time and how old our unit is, it was decided a new unit was desperately needed.
Installation process was smooth sailing from start to finish. The team arrived promptly and was equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment. They were courteous, professional, and kind enough to answer any questions I had. Plus, they completed the installation in record time, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine.
Another notable benefit of the upgrade is the air quality and energy efficiency. The gentlemen repaired old gaps on the ceiling and painted the patchwork. Everything was clean swept leaving no dirt behind.

5 Stars – Honest, Professional, and Thorough Service
I had a great experience with Rapid Response AC Services and their technician, Domenic. He showed up right on time, quickly got to work, and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit.

Although he didn’t fully fix the issue yet, he did identify that there’s a refrigerant leak in the system. He performed a leak test, explained everything clearly, and added refrigerant to get the house cooling again in the short term. Domenic was very transparent — he believes it’s a slow leak and advised me to monitor how well the system holds temperature over the next few days.

He also outlined the next steps, including an isolation test to pinpoint the source of the leak and getting the right parts ordered once it’s confirmed. I really appreciate how thorough and honest he was — never felt rushed or upsold. I’ll definitely continue using Rapid Response and highly recommend Domenic to anyone needing reliable AC service.

Dominick was the only person I could get in touch with willing to help me out at 9pm! He saved me and my doggie from what would have been an awful few days !!! I saved him in my phone and will only call him !

Was in deep trouble as the air stopped working in June in Naples at 6:00pm. Called multiple places. Those that answered said earliest in the morning. Rapid Response assured me someone would be out this evening. The service man called me like clockwork and was at my home within 90 mins. He was young, knowledgeable, polite and most importantly happy to be there! He was on his game and within 30 minutes fixed my AC! Can’t thank him enough and recommend Rapid Response assured I have them on speed dial! Incredibly grateful and thankful cool & comfortable 😊

I called because my AC was not cooling, within an hour Ryan was at my door with a smile and professional disposition. After a very thorough inspection of my entire system he found I was low on Freon. He filled it up, checked all my filters and explained it should be fine. He also found none of my ductwork was mastic sealed and I had some leaks so he quoted me a price l, came back two days later and did a beautiful job sealing it all up. I have since referred Ryan to family members and friends who have all been extremely happy with his professionalism, knowledge and “Rapid Response” to get them taken care of. I highly recommend this company and would highly suggest asking for Ryan to take care of you.

Dylan and Chase!!!!!!! These two are the BEST DUO EVER. The nicest guys you will ever meet. Extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. They know what they are doing. The amount of education my husband and I got from this company from consultation to repairs on how to properly take care of the system was amazing and a real eye opener. Just had my unit serviced by Roger at Rapid Response and it has been by far the best experience I have had with this company so far. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught me a ton of things that I need to look for when checking on the unit myself. This company is already a 5 star ⭐️ but with Roger it definitely set the bar much higher.

Dylan took his time to assess the situation with my air-conditioning unit. He worked hard to problem solve in hopes of getting the unit running again. He sent me pictures along the way to keep me informed. I would recommend him in the future.

I spoke with Rodger he was so helpful and got my AC working over the phone. The customer service is the best. Thank you for helping me with my AC.

We called at 10pm as new customers with an air conditioning system that stopped working. Mandy was amazing and walked us through several things to troubleshoot the issues. We ended up needing a service call and although it was late, Dillon was friendly and professional and had us up and running again within the hour! Highly recommend!! Great service and people!

The techs arrived before the estimated time and went right to work. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Both guys were efficient and did a good job of explaining the process. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a serviceman by the name of Dominic come by to diagnose my systems. He found my problems (which I already knew of from a family member in HVAC) & explained to me the issues. He was a man of truth so I was sold on doing business with Rapid Response from the first encounter.
The installers who came, Shannon & Kendrick were phenomenal. Professions of their craft who executed with class. Neither one took a break to my surprise and they both finished the job with no issues or complaints.
I can only speak for myself but I can honestly say I had a great experience from start to finish. Hopefully this review can comfort someone who’s having trouble deciding who to go with and give their trust to.

Excellent and comprehensive service. The technician Albert was especially great, patient with my many questions and very motivated to get my system up to standards at the best pricing. The Rapid Response AC Services team came out a second day to do a duct cleaning and sealing. They ended up also doing a deep cleaning on ALL of the coils and fins of the external unit, as they were impacted and causing my fan to work too hard. In spite of surprises related to the installation of ducts and the AC system by previous contractors, the Rapid Response team went the extra mile to do a really good job and to work around those surprises and insure that my system will meet my needs during the hot summer months to come. With telephone help from the office staff, the job was completed well. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank goodness that companies still exist that take pride in their work and the satisfaction of their customers!

Dillon came to the rescue! New thermostat was not working- found out The hard way the smart thermostat was not compatible. Not only that, the wiring was faulty. Dillion was very knowledgeable and explained the issue and quickly fixed the thermostat. On a Sunday at 10pm! I hope he gets a raise!!!

AC was not cooling. Called Derek and within 2 hours he was at my house ready to help me. Got my AC unit up and running again very quickly. Great business, very professional and fairly priced. Thank you!
