Technician was great - getting the technician to the house a bloody nightmare - had 3 appts where they didn't show up even though they confirmed - they claimed I didn't have the part which I had for 2+ weeks - took 3 days off work for them to show and they kept making bs excuses - I requested a credit for the service call (100) which is the least they should do .. we will see - otherwise it's hasta la vista Sears !!!!
