Asked four weeks in a row to stop cutting my grass so short, kept telling me it “won’t happen again”, but it did. Had to stop using them. I guess all the sudden they have a bunch of unpaid invoices, which is ok, if I missed a payment I good for it. Unfortunately they are billing me for a the month that they stopped providing service. Their gps showed them going by my property, but they cut others on my street so....

In conclusion, they have bad communication, sloppy billing department, and cut St Augustine (the most common residential grass in the area) way to short.
