I called the office because my faucet quit working on a Friday night and they were able to get Dave here on a Saturday. He was very efficient and got me up and running with a new faucet. Dave was awesome and he was very patient and explained everything as he went. Thanks again for taking care of me and for letting me talk you ear off :). I will definitely use 1-Tom-Plumber again.

on Wednesday Dec 11th 2024 my wife and I woke up to start our day and realized our shower wasn't working. We went to google to look for a plumber we called several places and either they did not answer or they where answered by a AI chat . We where able to get a hold of 1 Tom Plumber I believe we called them right around noon . The person that answered the phone was able to get us an appointment that same day. 2 hours later we received a text that Dave would be at our house shortly. Dave showed up and was extremely helpful and understanding. We described the issue we where having and he diagnosed it immediately. We also told him about not being able to shut the water off at the house and he said he could do that to. Dave put up with our annoying dogs and had a great demeanor and was very understanding. The explanation of the pricing and work to be done was outstanding. I forgot to mention he also was stuck out in the rain while he fixing the shut of valve for the house. I would recommend David and 1 Tom Plumbing to everyone. Being a Sales Manager myself I really appreciate great customer service and this team knocked it out of the park. Mike W

Frank and CJ came today, changed the cartridge in our shower so we could get hot water. They were on time and completed the job quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was so surprised to have them come just a few hours after I called, so we are very happy customers. Shower fixed.

Very fast clean and efficient. Frank was extremely helpful and made sure I had my replacement water heater installed and brought on the same day within hours. I’m very grateful!

Out of sheer luck My fiancee and I met Dave and Cody. We explained what problem we were experiencing with dishwasher and our plumbing. Dave quickly assessed the problem,along with Cody who figured out our appliance 's panel board was shot. They're both extremely professional and courteous and to the point. A breath of fresh air. We highly recommend these guys.

We recently purchased a house and decided to switch out the tv mount the previous owners had left on the wall. To our surprise, the previous owners screwed the wall mount through the water pipe and my husband was greeted with gushing water while removing the mount. We shut off the water and called 1-Tom-Plumber who quickly sent CJ out to help with the issue. He was professional, worked quickly to replace the pipe, and provided recommendations to protect the plumbing from any further screw ups. We highly recommend CJ and 1-Tom-Plumber for all of your plumbing needs!

1Tom Plumber came to the rescue. CJ was excellent and fixed the leak. Also provided excellent advice on how to handle another plumbing issue unrelated. I highly recommend this company.

Dave came out and fixed my bathtub faucet that was corroded and nasty what was supposed to be an easy job turned into a hard job. But he got it done and at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

CJ and Frank came out today and did a complete shower /tub replacement . They were great. Very professional got the job done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to get the job complete. They are focused on quality and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done. We've had CJ come do work for us before and he stayed late until the job was complete. when they left they clean up and don't leave a mess.. They also come out in a timely manner i didn't have to wait for days to get the problem resolved . I'd give more than 5 stars if I could .

Found myself urgently in need of a plumber. My neighbor recently had used 1Tom and highly recommended them. My call was answered right away and I was pleased to be told they could be out to help before the end of the day. Just about 3 hours later Frank and Cj arrived.Both techs worked tidy and took their time to assure I understood my problem and my options to resolve it.
