Marvin did an excellent job on our installation of a washer drain and water hook up. He was on time, very knowledgeable and finished the project with a clean install.

We love Marvin. He's a real frustration fixer. We had a major backup and when it wouldn't go away he used his years of experience to make the job flow. We're very happy with Marvin and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I had a backup and roots in the main sewer line. Marvin Coney was the technician that arrived to address the issue. He was terrific - punctual and professional- and fixed everything. He explained to me what he was doing, checked the entire system and repaired everything. Highly recommend the company and the technician.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is very impressive. The technician, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. They were punctual and communicative. I have interacted with several other companies in scoping out a major plumbing project and they are by far the best (especially Dakotah). Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Willing to go up and beyond to assist. Came out while he was Christmas shopping with his family to address an earlier plumbing install. Brandon explained to me options, costs and promotions for my electric hot water heater replacement. He explained updated code requirements in Florida. He explained the warranty, the company’s maintenance plan to include annual visits by the BF team to ensure the product’s optimum performance in the future. Very nice, easygoing individual who didn’t hesitate to answer my or my wife’s questions. I will highly recommend him and BF to my neighbors.

I am so pleased with the job that Marvin did at my farm. This is the busy Christmas season and I was so afraid that installing a new water heater would seriously cut into my schedule. Dayron came out to perform an annual inspection and informed us that our hot water heater needed replacing. He also took a look at our guest toilet, which was unsteady at the base. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our plumbing needs.He worked efficiently (minimizing the time our water needed to be off), all of his work was very neat, and he cleaned up after himself. He made sure we received all the discounts we qualified for and was very informative throughout the process. We will be using Ben Franklin again and thank you Dayron!

We just had new cabinets and countertops installed. So, we decided to call the experts at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Ft. Myers, FL to connect our kitchen and 2 bathroom sinks to our Main Water line. We couldn't be more pleased with the work done, courtesy, and professionalism of Ryan Thoennes and his sidekick Zach.

I contacted Benjamin Plumbing regarding a gas problem and was told that someone would be st my home between 2 and 6pm. That never happened and I was then told that someone would be here the following day. That as well did not happen. Finally, Dajohn Sanchez came and was a great professional. He kept me in the loop through the process as a regulator had to be obtained from Sarasota. His price quote for the job was the actual cost and I hope you recognize his value to your firm; excellent professional and technician.

My Plumber, Marvin, came to my home, very happy and pleasant. He was professional in his mannerisms and in his explanation of the water leakage that I had in my bathroom. I recommend him to anyone who has trouble because he’s very knowledgeable.

Dakota was upfront and honest with me and never tried to “up sell” me. Such a great and reputable man and I got the same feeling from the company when I called for a service call. Great company and terrific service man. So happy, and nothing like the plumber I called last year. I found my go to plumbing company and I am thrilled. Go to their website and read their approach to service. They don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. He let me know my situation was minor and how to handle this going forward.
