Matt at the warehouse was amazing. The seller at the Ferguson showroom messed up the order, but he stayed and was very helpful in sorting everything out. I truly appreciate his commitment to an amazing service.

I don’t who does the hiring for customer service phone calls !!! But whoever it is. You better hire more GARY PEACOCK’S… Gary was so patient with a none plumber customer, walked me through the options for each water heater and insured it was in stock !!!! He then came to check up on me while picking up the item from the supply house at the end of the building !!! Gary is a Keeper and Micky closed the e deal with excellent service !!

They don't answer the phone, and everything us automated the robots that pull your order, take 5-10 times longer than human employees. And they're still super expensive, without having to pay a warehouse full of employees.
