Just had Emilio come in and replace the O ring on my toilet that had been leaking for some time. He also noted that the Flo valve stopped working just as he was finishing up and promptly called my warranty company to make sure they would cover a new one. He was polite, courteous and friendly. I greatly appreciate the work he did.

Daniel was fantastic during my first experience with this company. He deserves a 10-star rating instead of just 5. I recommend that the company send Daniel to my home if I ever need their services again. Not only is he great at what he does, but his customer service also puts a smile on my face.

I had a good experience with this company overall. the reps on the phone were friendly and helpful. Daniel, our technician, was super kind and well spoken and was not pushy. Our repair ended up being way bigger than originally expected but daniel got the job done within 2 days and gave me advice on where to go from here since my bathroom floor was torn out and our tub was removed. He worked extremely hard but never complained. Thank you!

Ruben is an excellent technician, I had him work on my water heater and he was able to find and identify the problem after realizing it was older then 12 yrs we decided to invest in a new hybrid water heater. Ruben is a great asset to hers and his plumbing, we are very pleased with his work and the company as a whole. I definitely recommend Ruben and hers and his plumbing.

We've used this company before through HomeServe, (another great company with an affordable service plan that covers 100% of repairs) and have had nothing but awesome experiences each and every time; just today, Ruben provided us with prompt and excellent service, explaining what he's doing and answering all our questions in an informative manner. Technician Danny, knew exactly how to fix a leaky bathtub faucet that defied fixing! Also repaired toilet flush. His work was meticulous and a very clean job. I would recommend their service.
