I contacted them immediately when our toilet burst, and the office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They had a technician at our office within the hour. Dan was professional, friendly, and had the toilet completely replaced in under an hour.

I would definitely recommend this company!

Dan was superb both last week when he installed a new anode and today when he installed a new water heater, under warranty. The manufacturer was giving us the run-around until Dan stepped in, explained the situation to them, and... issue resolved under warranty. Thanks Dan. Thanks NEXT.

Best Conpany EVER!!
I had an issue with my toilet so I called Next Plumbing. Junior was at my house and ready to fix my problem. He gave me several options and I elected to have the toilet replaced. He gave me sever choices and once I made my decision Junior went got my new toilet came back and installed it the same day, and I’m very happy with it. Junior explained to me that had a 3” flush valve as well as a 3” trap. I have no idea what this means because all I know now is it flushes everything I put down . He wore booties the entire time in my house cleaned up the area better than it was before and left me with a CPP brochure, which I’m sure I will be doing in the future. Upon arriving home in the evening after a stressful eight day trip for medical tests, we discovered our AC for the main part of our house was not working. We have a subscription plan with NEXT Plumbing that covers emergency calls, repairs, and routine maintenance so we called and although it was late—around 10:45 pm, Michael arrived and spent considerable time carefully identifying the problem. He didn’t have a 1 horsepower blower motor in his truck but he assured us he would find one and he or his colleague would return the next day to restore our AC. As promised, Max arrived with the motor and all the needed equipment, installed it, answered all my questions, left everything neat and clean and—voilà!—we had a cool house again. These two men are just fantastic. They are honest and personable and their expertise is impressive. NEXT is a stellar company with accomplished employees and great customer service.

Just had my 6 month checkup for my service plan. Dan and Co did a total home check, hot water heater servjce, replaced washer hoses and fixed a couple things that needed attention. They were very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Had a leak under my mobile home. Even though is was wet and muddy the technician Joey happily crawled under and found the problem. He quickly and promptly made the repair. 10 out of 10 will use this company again

Our air conditioning went out one night and knew it was due to the fact the float mechanism had tripped and shut down our unit. We drained the line but knew it needed more work. Happened upon a Next Air truck in our neighborhood. After talking to the tech, Max, he had convinced us to call Next Air to generate a work order. We did and Max promptly showed up at our door! He managed to clear the line which was clogged and showed us the sludge he had removed. Disgusting! Another company had come in June and never showed us what was clogging our line. In fact Max spent over 1.5 hours at our house! Not the other company!! So grateful to Max and Next Air! You can’t go wrong with Next Air. Not only accommodating, but I feel Max did an incredible and thorough job! Thanks Max!!

Great service from Dan Kouzniak, on time, thorough, explained everything to be done in advance.
Completed the replacement of toilets, shutoffs etc. and left all areas completely clean. A pleasure to deal with, would definitely use Next again.

I have a long-term service agreement with Next Plumbing. They inspect my house twice per year. They have found issues early that have saved me significant money and prevented problems that could have cost a lot. Every employee has been knowledgeable, friendly and anxious to help and educate. I strongly recommend them. My recommendation is even stronger if you are a snowbird.

Joey was excellent. Root issues in the toilet drain pipe. He pulled out 4 feet of roots out of the pipe, used the camera to see the issue was below the flange, and came up with a solution with a customized flange and extended pipe that allowed not chipping out cement/tiled that saved me some cash.

We had a hot water tank failure on a holiday weekend, and were very happy that Next Plumbing had an actual person answering the phone when we called. Within a very short time, Alec was able to come to our house, diagnose the problem, and install a brand new hot water heater. Five stars all around for the products and service from Next Plumbing. I would highly recommend them.

Excelente company ,, affordables prices , ELvic came today and fixed the toilet , very professional , clean work . Called next plumbing and got an appointment the same day. The tech Terry very professional real good guy I had a problem with 2 slow draining shower and a clogged skin so he came in took a look at the problems and explained what he would do next but the sink drain was in a odd spot so he didn't like the snake he had so he explained if he used the one he had it would do more harm than good so he went to retrieve the smaller one so he returned started on the sink and shower 1 no problem, shower 2 had broken parts in the drain he didn't stop until he removed them most would give up and call it a day Terry didn't thank you great job.

We purchased our home just a few years ago built brand new… after only a few years we had a leak at our water heater. Matt Smith from Next Plumbing and Air came out and explained it’s not our water heater it’s our water killing our water heater.. we Purchased a new Essencey water heater which lasts 20 years and a filter system he recommended but after he flushed the filter he showed us the Pre-filter and it was dark brown as shown.. he explained Potable water doesn’t mean CLEAN! Water.. we will only Call Next Plumbing and Air for all our needs. Matt deserves a raise!

Next Plumbing was very responsive and cost effective. Their plumber thoroughly explained our plumbing problem and did a great job of installing a new toilet.

Sophia approached the inspection with diligence and professionalism. We informed her that we wanted to address two things identified in the previous inspection and she first addressed the inspection in a timely and thoughtful manner. Only when she had completed the inspection did she go on and attempt the repairs. The repairs to the washing machine hook up were done quickly and effectively. She also tackled the shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. She was only able to address one of the repairs due to a lack of a suitable part but replaced the other one effectively. I usually like to wait until there is positive proof before reviewing services like plumbing, but she appeared to be knowledgeable and efficient in making the repairs.

Dan was great. He came out to quote a new water filtration system but while doing an inspection of the water heater, noticed a leak and rust. He quoted a new water heater and filtration system and then left to do other jobs. I approved the water heater to be done and he came out same day and worked late to make sure it was done. Definitely recommend this company and Dan to complete any of your plumbing needs.
