I use the ProMag Energy group out of Ft Pierce. They are responsive have kept my units running well. When I do have a problem, they have gotten me up and running.

We had Danny from Promag at our home several times. Very professional and thorough. We would recommend Promag and Danny anytime to family and friends.

I had my system serviced this past Saturday. Technician was very friendly and helpful. A part was needing replaced which was covered by my warranty. I purchased the system in 2011 and have had it serviced every 6 months as recommended. Promag has done right by us!

Dan was very courteous, found the issue right away and was extremely helpful to remedy the issue. It appears the Honeywell TH8321R1001 was not working properly.

Danny was great. Very thorough and personable. On time and as always pleasant. Great job!

CHRIS has been coming to service my A.C. unit for several years and he is always on time, gives great advice on my needs. He does exceptional work, I would recommend the company services to everyone.

This company is awesome I needed a new ac installment as my other one was old and wasn’t starting to go out on me . In this heat they came out the next day ! Bri was super nice and priced me a good price and even worked with me on the cost. The technician Cj came out when needed and provided good professional service. It’s so hard to find reliable service but this service has by far been the best! They are guaranteed to not disappoint! Highly recommend!

Dan was very pleasant and thorough in his inspection of our home a/c unit. I appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and the numbers he expected to see (current draw, pressures, etc) as he performed the work.

He was able to determine that we had a failing capacitor on the condenser which saved us an additional service call (and some hot summer nights!). He also pointed out that the previous owner undersized the condenser (which results in poor performance, high electricity bills, and shorter life of the unit) and was able to provide a quote for a replacement system.

Their technician Darriel was excellent and so professional. Fixing air conditioners is not in my wheelhouse, but he showed me everything and explained it all to me. Great service!! I highly recommend them!

Bri always schedules my service and Chris performs my maintenance. I love working with these two! They are both friendly and knowledgeable, and always take time to answer my questions. They have always been professional and show up on time. I have been using Promag for a long time and any of their timely and regular visits, they have never disappointed us. I can honestly say that my experience with them has been consistently excellent.

Promag installed my unit 4 years ago. Chris has been my technician ever since. He is always on time & explains things in ways I can understand. If you want honest prompt service you can count on, ask for Chris!

I've had ProMag service my air conditioner since I bought my house 5 years ago. I've always been pleased with their service. Chris came out to service my air conditioner today. He was extremely polite and made a few great suggestions how I can extend the life of my unit.

Company and new AC review:

I have used ProMag Energy since purchasing my home in 2014. Our point of company contact out of the Fort Pierce office has been Bree who is well organized, and well-spoken. Bree (always helpful and putting the customer 1st) reliably schedules maintenance and service call appointments as needed.

On October 14, 2023 (yes, a Saturday) my A/C unit failed. I called to the Fort Pierce office and as always Bree (who seems to work 7 days a week) answered immediately. Within an hour and a half, a senior service Tech Dan was at my home. He diagnosed the problem and gave us repair vs unit replacement options with full up-front pricing.

While no one likes the expense of A/C replacement mine was due to be replaced; so we bit the bullet. ProMag had an identical unit in stock and sent a crew out the next day “Sunday” to replace the A/C.

The A/C Replacement-Installation crew deployed out of PreMags Orlando office where my scheduling and office point of contact Amanda coordinated the install Logistics. As planned (and on time) technicians Will and Kenneth arrived worked around minor issues and got the job done. Both Will and Kenneth were professional, worked well together, and respected my home and property as they worked.

The only part left is the County Inspection process (also coordinated by ProMag). However, if things continue go as well as the professionals at ProMag made them work this weekend, I’m confident the inspection will be without issue.

His name was Chris. He was very friendly and attentive. Had me back up an running an no time. He was very thorough and professional.
