Installed a mini-split in my bedroom. Showed up on time and completed work to satisfaction. They have since gone silent and unresponsive. During our cold snap a few months back I noticed the mini-split wouldn’t heat despite having a heat option on the remote. I reached out to find out why and they never responded to my voicemail or messages.
