They overcharge and don't fix the problem and told us if they had to come back it would be even more. who does that.

Ultimately, we engaged another company that promptly fixed the problem on the same day at a significantly lower cost, demonstrating a lack of honesty and reliability on the part of the original company. Be cautious when dealing with them.
