Fan on outside unit was going bad. The technician wanted to hear the noise it was making before he would replace it. He did a full inspection of my system while we waited for the fan to start squealing. He replaced the air filter and showed me some pictures of some potential problems. He did not attempt to add or sell anything extra. We agreed on the fan and a switch being the issue that had to be repaired first. From what I saw, the motor was the original one that came with the AC 18 years ago. Great work, friendly and great prices. I will recommend to friends and family.

The repairman helped my sister yesterday (who takes care of her house alone) and I highly recommend. He was kind, honest and thorough. He took his time explaining things to us and told us about finance options. He's good people.

I had sales person Bert come in and help us with a new a/c system. He gave us options and helped us to understand what we would need for our home. He helped us to understand what type of system we needed and what brand to go with. He came on Saturday to help us and then they were installing the new system on Monday.
