When mold was discovered in my home, my AC air handler had to be removed so the remediation work could be done properly. He handled the entire process with such skill, care, and patience.

He safely removed the air handler, made the necessary repairs, and coordinated everything so the mold remediation team could do their work effectively. Throughout the process, he explained what was happening, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step.

Christian is the BEST AC guy in all of Tampa Bay. My parents AC stopped working and in under an hour, he showed up and assessed the issue. My parents fan completely froze. He was able to order the part needed and within the same weekend he came back and replaced the part! The AC is working now as if it was brand new. You won't regret calling him!

Chris figured out the issue which required a water heater replacement/installation. He completed it within a few hours and was friendly and professional. Due to his quick service I had water again and my water bill didn't become as big as it could have. Would recommend to everyone!

Their intent is to not make money of you but to ensure to receive a long time client and ensure your house is back to 100%. They 100% have my business for the long term doing extremely awesome work and providing photo evidence of the difference of how they find something to how they left it after fixing. If you need anything plumbing, AC, or vent wise then North East Heating and Cooling is your way to go!!

I Highly recommend North East Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC repairs. The company is very honest and professional. My AC went out on a Thursday night (around 7:30) and when I called, I happen to reach the owner, Christian. He was very user friendly and promised to stop by in the morning at 8:00am prior to his first appointment to diagnose the system. He resolved the issue within minutes. The problem was a 3 amp fuse on the secondary side of the system that blew. He replaced the fuse and my system was fully operational. The icing on the cake, was he only charged me 30.00. I give this company 5 STARS for professionalism, punctuality, honesty, and great communication.

Called for emergency service when my ac wasn’t working. Christian found out my dogs chewed some of the wiring in the yard. He explained everything and talked me through the solution and how to prevent it from happening again. He even gave me a much needed annual cleaning. Great honest service at a reasonable price. He didn’t try adding anything to the bill or service. I will definitely use them again.

Pricing was beyond fair , I actually paid more because they did such a great job and very timely. They explained what was going on and why. I was showed every part of the process which was really great. Especially as a homeowner you want to know all the odds and ends of your home.
